There is a man in Texas who was featured on TV, I think it was the Discovery chan. about 7 years ago. Anyway he built his own D9 scaled down a bit, and he flies it around Texas lol...anyway he knew things that even FW in Germany did not know, when he approached them for a part. Located at the National Museum of the United States Air Force in Dayton, Ohio, USA. The aircraft is on display in the Museum's Air Power gallery. It is on long term loan from the National Air and Space Museum.
