if it will take less than half a year to show the details (pre-order possibly), so it will take half a year or more for releasing it, i would be more happy if they gave us ETA previous year, at least I know what to expect now, I set my expectation on 4th quarter of 2023.

I tried to change the port to 43002 in the script and "dtc-settings.json" but got the same error, disabling the FW or adding the port and application in the FW rules didnt help, I checked with netstat and the port consumed by DCS itself. HB expected a trello update to 2023?
Raviar replied to Silver_Dragon's topic in Heatblur Simulations
its speculation, i dont interfere into that region, outdated roadmap and plan has nothing except wrong judgment and chaos , I didnt know it is outdated until @Silver_Dragonmentioned it. about all the "Who cares" part you are mentioning, I and many others will do care, some might have business or personal plan! at the end updating a trello board is nothing more than 1 hour max if not 10 mins, but leave it there without any single update to me is an unorganized PO! -
HB expected a trello update to 2023?
Raviar replied to Silver_Dragon's topic in Heatblur Simulations
I am serious, what does make you think I am joking ! they are responsible, its not about me ignoring ! its about responsibility to the public audience -
seems you cant read it properly! the grip aka throttle is aluminum, BUT the throttle BASE is plastic, on the stick side, the BASE is aluminum BUT the STICK is plastic ! maybe I am wrong on the stick part, but it feels plastic
-
by ad hominem attack you cant win the conversation ! it is the truth, the throttle base is cheap plastic material, the throttle is not, stick is all cheap plastic not the base ! or at least the stick feel plastic to me
-
yes, the stick is plastic not the base , same as throttle base but not the throttle, i thought the same when I read that, BUT the stick it self is plastic and not the pleasant one !
-
I got mine for about 1 month now, compare to TM is better, its more accurate, the feeling is not that good, its loose and feel fragile, it is all plastic and cheap one, the feeling is not even close to TM, i would not suggest TM as the gimbal and sensors are old, but i would suggest VKB or VirPil
-
No, I would Strongly say NO, Its all plastic! and cheap plastic, the idea and design is great but the quality is not, I would recommend VKB or Virpil at any cost

HB expected a trello update to 2023?
Raviar replied to Silver_Dragon's topic in Heatblur Simulations
either close the trello to the public or update it, I believe taking no action is considering irresponsibility -
i faced to same issue, didnt have any issue with it until the last windows update i guess @SFJackBauer any chance for new version?

Eagle dynamics needs to add more EWR's and AWACS to DCS
Raviar replied to assportal's topic in DCS Core Wish List
But I meant among EWRs and AWACS, and how effective are these EWRs compare to what we have in DCS currently? (btw i believe the Search radars of the SAM batteries and EWRs are not really scanning the sky, But the AI know the location of AC, maybe i am wrong) -
Communication Menu Not Pulling Up
Raviar replied to Goatman's topic in Controller Questions and Bugs
sometime i have it too, just repair the DCS, sometimes the lue file get corrupted -

does it have any considerable impact on detection and range ? -

as per title, the units execute turns as fingertip instead of echelon, the units should remain in their designated altitude not above each other

I am not sure if this is intended or its a bug, but playing with rudder pedals cause blackout and spin. In any asymmetric loadout, such as 1 extra Sparrow in 1 wing, for example in left wing, it is even worth, and opposite rudder cause opposite role meaning in left bank, right rudder cause left roll Tomcat Spin behaviour.trk Tacview-20221223-150813-DCS.zip.acmi
