  1. Hornet can ground attack with self defense too why not? And when the APG73 will have his true capabilities it will be another story
  2. Don't forget Sedlo who made an astonishing free campaign for the F18 ( totaly on par with paid ones) called" Bold Cheetah"
  3. Spirale

    F-15E vs. F-18C

Yes but the F14 has proven his self efficiency in dogfight even if it is a big aircraft ^^
  4. Result of the try: i leaned back slightly and the point of aim is way better, not totaly accurate, i have to compensate a bit but it is better:) The advise vas good i think but it is not natural as in a F16 or F18
  5. I'll try to lean back asap , i did not try this before ^^
  6. Thx a lot Greeny, I will try this one. But how to align during a ramp ( i do ramp most of the time)?
  7. I do this too ( i fly whith VR since 3 years) and everytime i hop in my cockpit i recenter. That said, the 3 circles aren't aligned et for make them aligned i have to go way of my position in the cockpit. Am i alone or it is working for you? I read the 10 pages of this topics: And i've found people in the exact problem as me. Alas no real solution provided into this topic...
  8. Thank you so much, you are very kind In fact i already use auto range. I don't fly fast indeed for a better accuracy....but i can not obtain the 3 concentrics circles to be in front of me. I have to way down my body it is not natural, not normal. The best way i've found is just look into the circle without looking for an exact alignment but the result is awfull...weird i find. ps: excuses for my english it is not my native speaking too ^^ I shoot in auto range and my impacts are way above, far above...
  9. Hello, Whenever i try to boresight my IHADSS, i can not be aligned correctly . I have to contort to get the circles centered with my cross. Then , when i test with the gun, the impacts are way off sight. In the F18 or F16 i don't have this problem. Thx
  10. Thx a lot Shagrat , i'll have a try in today I own several modules ( all F'x, Mirages, Viggen, A10) and i've discovered the Apache: a wonder, a complex wonder but this is why it appels me.
  11. Yes the Trim Reset button
  12. Thx Yurgon Testerday i trained a bit with R/Up= it is fine now (thx again for the advise before). I have a question about the " Release trim switch". When i press it my Apache goes crazy without any imput. I didn't find anything about this behavior . What it is intented to do exactly? It seems to be the same as " Cancel trim button".
  13. Thx Belphe I have binded the "release switch", att , alt, up and down functions and the cancel trim
  14. Thx a lot for your reply , i read old topic about the trim functions ( for example the altitude hold which act like a trim if i am not wrong?). So now there is no trim button? I will read the manual and chuck guide yes, this is scheduled ^^
  15. Hello all, I bought the Apache yesterday and i can not find the "trim button" or the " Force trim button". Trim fonction are assigned to my pov ( up, don, left and right) but...no Trim button on the key bind. Could you advise please? Thx a lot
  16. i agree with everything Rudel wrote. I too bought the Viggen in 2017 and i never stopped flying it except for module like the Harrier and the F14. But at the end of the day i return in my hangar where my Viggen is waiting for another fly Thx HB for your quality work!
  17. Awesome thx!
  18. Much appreciated, thx for your hard work BD
  19. Really impressive how our beloved Viggen become with such accurate details :). After all this years it is warmly welcome
  20. The viggen becomes better and better and that's great : thx !
  21. Is a sequel is planned? I know there's a F18 coming but for the Harrier?
  22. Awesome Renhanxue Can i conclude that what we have in DCS for the Viggen is credible? I think it's very ( too exagerrated) , a little bit weird difference between mach 0.72 stopped and after a PC1 thrust to reach mach 0.80 then 100% dry which no longer decrease. Thx again for this very interesting chart.
  23. Hello, In a mission, long transit, my Viggen is set to fly level @15k ( 4500m). I fly "buster" 100% dry, no pc at all. My payload: 8 xM71HD + U22A-KB + 2 x RB74 + Fuel Tank I noticed this: I leveled A15, speed was mach 0.6. Then my Viggen begun to regain a bit a speed but was unable to go higher than mach 0.72 and it was very very very slow and it took a bunch amount of time to reach mach 0.72. Then this: i cranked stage 1 PC to reach the exact mach 0.80 then i cut the PC and return "Buster" 100% dry. If this speed is reached my Viggen doesn' t loose any speed/ energy and STAY at mach 0.80 with no PC, and even "accelerate" to reach mach 0.81 and keep that speed (again no PC) . I assume my title is perhaps dubious but is that behavior accurate? The Viggen being heavy, is its inertia the cause of this phenomenon? Or is everything is normal? Thx
  24. I hope one day enought informations will be available: thx Zabuzard for your clarifications
  25. Thx Zabuzard, i hope this fonction wil be implemented one day. The knob is directly placed next to the radar stick so i think this knob must be important in a combat environment
