What thoughts exactly? That its good on Heatblur to announce that all features will be present in EA? Some people cant take some friendly banter and state I'm starting a full blown "attack" on ED. I think ED is doing a hell of a job especially since 2.5 came out. I'm also the proud owner of the EA F18 that I play everyday. Added a little fun "take notes" comment and people act as if I slapped their mother. :lol:

Guys relax. I said "take notes" This post was meant as a compliment to Heatblur not a ""fallacious" "callous and unjustified attack" on ED. Back to the subject at hand. I'm beyond excited for the F14. I really hope we don't struggle with any desync issues using multi crew online.

Make 1 comment about ED and people lose their minds. All I'm saying is it will be refreshing to play a proper early access release. I just hope others maybe take notice. Thank you heatblur

I agree with chops. I would like to hear more from the developers on the current flight model and whether they believe it is close enough or still much work. Like others have said Lex and AEW both stated the model still seems off.

Ill have to give that a try. Make sure flaps fully extend before gear.

I understand the flight model is still WIP but it just seems off with gear down and flaps full. On approach to boat/runway hit around 250 drop flaps (no issues here) wait a few seconds and drop gear and at that moment without inputting trim for on speed yet and no stick input the plane goes nose up 30 degrees and you gain about 1000 feet of altitude in 5 seconds. I then wait it out til the bird relaxes and go on with my landing. But that jump in pitch and altitude just because of gear cant be correct can it? Doesn't feel right or is it just me?

I mean those high end setups are nice and all but theres something about using the correct hotas for the aircraft that cant be replaced by adding more buttons. The f/18 stick will also be very close to the harrier.

Yea Id love me a virpil and gunfighter. However that price range is steep to say the least.

Has there been any updated info on the Thrustmaster f/18 stick. Does anyone know if it is expected to be released in 2018?
