In pictures and videos online, I've seen in the mission editor the actual outline of carriers, so people can place aircraft in parking spots and all that, but I don't have this. Is this a bug or something?

Yeah, I'd absolutely love the Su-34, or any modern Russian aircraft for that matter, but we can't legally get the info to make a full-fidelity module. I don't know about FC3 level, and I'd be happy with even just that, but ED doesn't like to do that any more. I don't even really know why exactly it is we can't get these things, but we can't, and we'll just have to live with that.

We have the 9M317 missile, which the SA-17 uses.

Shouldn't the 9M317 have a longer range than the 9M38M1? It doesn't. Also, why do the SM-2 and the 48N6 seem to have a 'second burn' or 'second stage'?

Any double digit SAM? Not really. The SA-11 can only shoot the Kh-31P (which has never worked properly anyways), and the SA-13 and SA-18 can't shoot anything. The SA-15 will shoot everything, but the SA-19 only uses its guns on the Kh-58U. The Patriot and SA-10 used to have excellent self-defense, but now, for some reason they can only engage the Kh-31P, and I think the SA-10 can sometimes get the AGM-88C.

I tried F-16C VS SA-10 in the same situations as usual, with all units (ground and air) at excellent skill level, but I still just got the 75km I got with high for aircraft, average for vehicles. Am I missing something?

Please? We already have the 48N6 on the Pyotr Velikiy, which is similar to the 48N6E2 on the S-300PMU-2.

Similarly, the Hawk just needs the LN, PCP, and TR, but not the CWAR or SR.

Which SAMs (including ships) have anti missile ability, and to what extent?

I have found that the Patriot will work just fine with only the ECS, LN, and STR, no need for the AMG, EPP, or ICC. Is this a bug?

The threat zones (circles indicating SAM launch ranges) of several DCS SAMs (SA-10, Hawk, LHA-1 Tarawa, Pyotr Velikiy, Ticonderoga, Oliver Hazzard Perry) are inaccurate, stating that the missile can fire at ranges far greater than they actually can. I would like this altered to be more accurate. Also, the threat zones of ships and non-air defense ground units are only visible in the mission editor when the group is selected. I would like them shown at all times.

No, I didn't, and I've always used high. Are they really? What changes?

I did some tests and updated the MIM-104 and 5V55 ranges.

Like the title says, what and where are the current SAMs in the Caucasus?

In the mission editor loadout chart for the A-10A, you cannot add the Mk-20 or the LAU-61, even though they are in default loadouts, meaning the only way to use them in a custom loadout is to copy an existing one and edit it from there. Please fix!

I only have OB installed, stable won't help me. Anything I can do?

I can't go to the latest OB update. I tried repair and it still won't work. It downloads, then says something about not being able to delete some AV-8B thingy, and the updates are not installed when I turn it on.
