Remember gazelle is the only helicopter in DCS with SAS. Try to fly helicopters in X-plane with SAS and you will see its quite easy! Difficult doesn't mean realistic.

Hola! Los "azulejos verdosos" son una textura que indica que falta la textura que corresponde a ese lugar del avión y es muy común en skins no actualizadas. En cuanto a la 2.5.4, puede ser que cambios en el motor de DCS hayan dejado a esos mods fuera de juego y por tanto, le toque a sus desarrolladores actualizados.
