I have got my throttle buttons working perfectly again, I opened the Windows calibration via joy.cpl in the run window. As I checked all the switches on the right throttle numerous buttons were being activated when I pressed for example button 7, same for all the other buttons the numbers were flashing on and off as if I was pressing them. I recalibrated the throttle with the Windows calibration tool and bingo all working as it should. Very strange that this happened but just a heads up to anyone who comes across this problem.

Hey Wali, did you ever find out what caused the switch glitch, I have the same problem and would appreciate any tips to solve it. Thanks.

I have this exact same problem. Started yesterday, the switches are all mixed up on the right hand throttle set up. This also happened about three months ago and it corrected itself so fingers crossed. If not I'll strip it down to have a look. Willie, if you have any luck can you update this post with any tips. Using Simshaker aviator beta or stable version I'm getting no feedback at all. Nothing is working in any module. I have reinstalled but it's still not working in 2.8. I wonder if there is some setting I have inadvertently changed which is causing this. Is there a complete idiots guide for setup. As previously stated Simshaker is working as expected with msfs. Thanks for any help, I really miss the immersion.

I have checked simshaker aviators with MSFS and it is working fine. Simshaker wings also is working with IL2. Only DCS simshaker aviators it is not working for me any more.

I have the gametrix seat and the simshaker for aviators no longer works. It's all connected and modules show up, also the demo and test modes shake as they should just nothing in game. I did update to dcs 2.8 when it was released and I'm sure it was working after this but today nothing. I've repaired the installation and uninstalled and re installed but still nothing. I'm on Windows 11 and have been for ages without problems. Anybody got any idea??

It's a UK keyboard, easy radio was off. But I got it working using Viacom pro options command. All well now, mission working as you said. Thank you for your help.

Update on my progress. The comms menu will not open. Doesn't matter what I press or assign to the command nothing happens. So I'm stuck till i can fathom out this problem.

I've got the awacs at waypoint 2 and expected to escort it to waypoint 3 but all thats happening is that the awacs circles waypoint 2. Is this what's meant to happen, I gave up after 30 minutes of this but if this is normal I'll try again. Appreciate any tips. Thanks.

Hi, another newbie question. I take the vip to where he wants to go then rtb. I am given a bearing to pick up a downed pilot for example 245,8 62nm. I head in that direction and after a while I check the orders again and it has changed to a bearing of 10,3 08nm, I change direction again but no sign of any downed pilot, I check back again and I'm given another bearing of 148,6 24nm so I again turn around and travel for some time and check again at which point as you can guess another bearing in the other direction miles away. I give up at this point having lost interest. Any clues where I'm going wrong.

Hi, thanks for replying, it's the Huey I'm using and all the selections are ticked ie "Select Tunes Radio" and "Instant select". I have experimented with various combinations but no joy so far. Easy Comms on is displayed and Huey in the PTT page. I'll try again with debug on.

I have been using VA for years with no problems but this Viacom pro is turning my hair grey with frustration(it's already grey). I've read the manual and followed the instructions re putting a random frequency in then saying for instance Truman......select. The frequency doesn't change and I can see in the va window that the request is understood uss Truman and the frequency etc is shown but in the cockpit the radio stays on the random frequency. I have a va proflie daisy chained and as always va works perfectly. I have it set as single ptt for vaicom and I can open the kneeboard and some of the pages (not all), all commands are understood according to the va window. Any tips folks???

Hi, this mission looks great but I'm a bit lost at what I'm meant to do. It says to contact Task Force command but I dont know how to. Nobody speaks to me when I ask for permission to start etc. So the long and short of my question is, is there voice scripting in this mission or is it a case of going through the F10 menu and choosing what to do?. Ive only been playing for about a month but this is the first mission where Im completely lost. I just need pushed in the right direction. Thanks.

I have found dcs to be the best performing vr sim I own, Silky smooth. Love it. Reverb G2, 5900x, 1080ti, 32gb ram.

I really enjoy the FC3 planes (Stands by to get ridiculed). I certainly get full 6dof in vr and was under the impression that the fm's had been updated. In Any case all good fun. Certainly worth the money for a beginner when it's on sale. As stated the op just didn't read the info, no harm done.
