  1. How do I save the state of the mission while I'm flying it? I play the Altitude mission and always fail after 15 minutes. So I don't want to start from the beginning again and again! In Lock On this was possible when pressing ESC and choosing save state...
  2. Nice! Writing a news on simcombat.org right now... ;) Thanks! Edit: http://www.simcombat.org/2008/12/first-shots-of-dcs-a10-warthog-model/
  3. Two photoshopped Screenies for your viewing pleasure:
  4. Thanks for clearing things up. Looking forward to this option...
  5. Sorry to bump, but isn't there anybody out there with a clue?
  6. Hey guys, I'm working on a DCS movie and wanted to ask if anybody knows how I can lock the camera view e.g. to the "wingtip". Glowing Amraam did it in some of his Lock On Videos. http://de.youtube.com/watch?v=8C650py9RbE&feature=channel_page at 1:12 !!! F2 or LALT F2 or RALT F2 didn't work... BTW: Glowing: Very nice vid. I love the colouring... Thanks for the help, Moreno...
  7. I also have it on the S4 Button and it works great (as it isn't faulty). Thanks to Maverick's Layout. I'm working on expanding it a bit....
  8. the only not so awesome thing is this: http://www.kenanisawsome.com could not be found. Please check the name and try again. ;) check your page, mate...
  9. Well try it like this: Press Right CTRL + Return, this brings up an overview of how the cyclic is trimmed. I just press the trimmer and hold it, then push the cyclic forward a bit and release the trimmer button, while putting the cyclic back to normal. That changed the trimming to a bit forward. If all worked well, you can see it on the TrimOverview window. Conclusion: hold the Trimmer, Trim and release the button / key while putting your cyclic to normal... If you have a well trimmed hovering state, you can switch on auto-hover without any problems. I hope I could help you...All the best, Moreno
  10. As they don't "just" put their work into the aircraft, but also into the enhancement of the graphic-engine, sound-engine, multiplayer part, etc., ergo the whole game, a price of 49 $ will be much more likely!
  11. Welcome back in the sim-community. Sorry, I haven't played Comanche/Hokum, so I can't tell you about the differences. What I can say is, that Blackshark really deserves the term "simulation". This is a great piece of software....
  12. This looks awesome. Looking forward to a three monitor system as well...
  13. Some impressions of my recent night flight...
  14. Maverick gave me a lesson yesterday and I already learned a lot in just one and a half hours. Like simple navigation, auto-hovering and exchanging targets with the data-link. Also the use of weapons. Go online man, it's worth it!
  15. Woaah! really cool shots Eagle and Devas! You really should get some Viagra for the cannon. And badaboom: Yes, TS2...
  16. I just had my first multiplayer session with Maverick-GER- and he told me a lot about this sim. Thanks mate! Here are some pictures of our hover-attack session.... I am the black one:pilotfly: Feel free to post your multiplayer pictures here..
  17. I just posted a news-article about very nice photographs of Tommy Kaira, taken at an abandoned airfield near / in Moscow. Could be interesting for you guys! http://www.simcombat.org/2008/12/abandoned-places-the-khodynka-airfield/ Cheers, Moreno
  18. I'm definitely into fixed wings as well as rotarys, looking forward to the combination of both in later modules. How about a huge combined battle with KA-50s, Mig-29s against AH-64s and F-16s? *Dreaming*
  19. And what's the acceleration shortcut? Control Buttons would be great as an enhancement....Especially for making movies. Come on Glowing Amraam. You got some good connections! ;)
