  1. Are the buttons exlusive to the A10C MFD important? Do you acctually need them when for controlling the software, or are they just brightness/contrast, day/night or some such?
  2. Surely this would be an excellent opportunity for ED. An aircraft carrier is very cramped space, and a conventional training sim takes up far to much room, making a desktop sim ideal. Think about it, when the kuznetsov is out on a mission, the pilots would normally have to train repeatedly with the real aircraft in order to stay in shape, burning tons of expensive fuel, not to mention the risk of accidents. Wouldn't it be brilliant if instead every pilot could sitt around on his own lapptop training over LAN with his buddies with EDs sim. Would save the russian navy a lot of time and money, and potentialy give us flight sim nerds DCS: Mig 29k :)
  3. Maybe its FFB? Besides the A10C stick is set in between the legs of the pilot on a pole mounted to the floor of the cockpit, so maybe the stick is alot longer than the Cougar one?
  4. Hmm, hope they made the right warthog stick though, as in the A10-C f-16 stick and not the old a10-A one...
  5. I just wish they could make it so you could extend the handle so it would resemble most real fighter and helicopter flight sticks. When you think about it, its really only the f16, f22 and the f35 that has the stick mounted on the right hand side, all other aircraft has the stick bolted to the floor between your legs. Would really give much more real and precise controll when flying helis. That, and if somebody make some FFB peddals, we would have flightsim nirvana:pilotfly:
  6. The track IR software thats on the CD is a little old, so you need to update your supported games list. Open up the track IR software menu, click on the update tab in the upper left corner, and click check for game updates... This will update your software to support all the latest track IR supported games, including black shark. The track IR should now work automatically in blackshark! Hope this helps!
  7. haha, sorry:music_whistling: see it now. I guess i overlooked it because of the nice, red, obvious letters:D Anyway thanks!
  8. Hi Guys, sorry for asking such a n00b question:music_whistling: I'm using a Saitek x52 Pro HOTAS, and everything worked fine except for one thing, the collective is assigned to the slider axis on the throttle quadrant instead of the actual throttle axis:huh:. Now, I went to the control options menu, however I cant figure out how to switch the axis assignments. In Lock On there was a swich at the top of the menu where you could switch between key assignments and axis assignments, but here I cant seem to find any way to manipulate the different axis on my HOTAS. In the manual it simply says that when you have assigned an input axis to an action, you can then press axis tune to adjust how the axis responds, but how do I acctually assign the axis to an action? Am I simply missing something obvious?:helpsmilie:
