Funny,for me,in Viggen and F 14 it really helps.And u do not hear clicking and clacking noise throughout pretty much the entire range;only at first 10% first click,and at 100% second(in a Tomcat). I guess it is a matter of personal preference.

What do you mean other than sound?Is that not enough? I do have option to use physical detent but i choose not to. I fly all the planes and helis on a semi regular bases.Don't need detent on a collective. I have just hoped that they have fixed behavior of ab key. Instead i will continue to use the feel for it(such as it is). P.S:Regarding realism..ab key is not realistic either..is it? 5:40 mark..you do hear it don't you

Ab detent option?Are you guys talking about key config that lets you go from mil to afterburner? What happens if you are at a full mil power and you want to go full afterburner?You press the key and nothing happens.Instead u have to bring throttle down and than up again to get afterburner.Has that been fixed? Sure,I am surprised it has not been done by now. I personally don't use pilot body's in my pits because they obstruct some switches more often than not. P.S:If its up to me(good thing its not) i would add female pilot with big bazunkabongs. JK

Are we still arguing about this. Air Traffic Control is about“maintaining a safe and expeditious flow of air traffic”,so of course English language is used in civ.domain. All mil. pilots are also required to know English lang. regardless if they are in the NATO or not. German Jtac using Eng language where only German troops are present makes no sense.Are you telling me that they have lost their identity as a nation? Here.. ...Swedes in dogfight practice..atc chimes in also. Where do you hear English?

Are you telling me that Georgians,Iranians,Turks,Swedes,French use English language in their military:doh:.I know you are just jesting but don't know why. Anyway Swedes,and French will use English only when they are part of some joint exercise.

I am curious are there any plans to add different spoken languages(with english subtitles) to the game. Namely languages of countries that we have on Caucasus region and Persian map. Also languages of planes that we have in Dcs,such as Mirage,Ajs 37 and so on.It is kind of an immersion killer(at least for me ) to have English speaking Atc, wing man, etc. in a Viggen for example.
