  1. Hello ED-Team, that's maybe something that could be easily done and would add some realism. At the moment all bullets from AI units are tracer, that looks somewhat ridiculous when you have a couple of units firing at each other. In RL not every round is a tracer, depending on the weapon every couple rounds or none. It could be an option or a change for all AI Units and does not have to be after real live procedures. Every 3th, 4th, 5th round a tracer and the rest none. Just an idea i'am throwing around. What do you guys think? VFA-89, Hitchcock
  2. In generell we need more static objects to build FARP's, enemy positions, NTTR Trainings Ranges etc. they dont need to have a high polycount. I would love to see more buildings, containers in different shapes like the NTTR Range Target Mod, helipads (in different styles like sand, winter, gras etc), bunkers, barriers. Everything you need to build a FARPs, Enemy compounds, SAM sites, etc or to replicate the NTTR Trainingsranges. +1
  3. Hello Bignewy, thanks for the investigation. I didnt have enough time to check it out myself until now. After a couple of tests i guess its the Range Target Mod. Sorry for opening a Ticket with Mods included. This can be closed.
  4. Hello ED, i have a constant game crash when i release a GBU24. Iam not certain what causes the trouble, but even if i set something incorrectly it shouldn't crash the game. I do not get a game crash file. I have attached my Track and dcs log. 1- We need all the information you can give us, even if you think the information isn't important. not sure what to add, i followed the procedure matt posted 2- We need tracks, log files, system specs. If you can't get a track, images or video detailing the issue. attached 3- Track files and videos should be short and to the point to display the reported issue. check 4- We need to know what map, what mission, single player, multiplayer, all the information you can give us, please. NTTR, Mutliplayer, TO, Dropping JSOW, doing a little circle and wanted to drop GBU24, what caused a game crash multiple times. 5- Only include one item report. check 6- Before submitting a report, please first do a search of key terms to make sure it has not already been reported. check 7- Reports should NOT include user-created mods let me attach another track without mods 8- Once a report has been marked as [REPORTED], [FIXED], [FIXED INTERNALLY] etc., no further posts are required.   10. Hello ED, are Hydra Rockets with WP (Smoke) planned for the F/A-18C or is it never used? Iam asking because we're having some JTAC/FAC(A) Training in our Squad and we missed the Hydra Rockets with WP/Smoke. Thanks for your work! Keep going!

Hello ED, with all the recent discussions about the update process of the Hornet, I have just one thing that's missing for me and this thread is not to talk about when it's coming but if it's coming. Are GRID/MGRS Coordinates planned for the Hornet? If I remember correctly the hornet has this function or is this part of the NAV System updates? Thanks for your work! Keep going!

  13. Hey ED, I noticed lately that the ATC gives me the wrong runway when it comes to the wind so I did some testing. First, I only tested dynamic weather, because that's how I noticed it and I got always the wrong runway, I always had a backwind instead of a wind coming from the front how it's supposed to be. Funny thing, when I changed to static weather because I wanted to make sure the wind is coming from the direction I suspect it to come from, I got the correct runway with the wind coming from the front. My guess because I can't see your code is that in dynamic weather the point from where the wind is taken is somewhere on the map but not on the runway itself. So it might be correct somewhere on the map but not on the runway itself. Might be worth looking into it because AI also takes off from the wrong runway. Thanks and keep up the good work. edit: testing was done only on the Nevada map from Nellis and Tonopah Testrange also i wasnt sure if this is the right topic, please move it if so.
  14. this bug has already been fixed, but it seems with the latest update it got broken again. when you fly with your mate and if i watch the track i only see my mate, if i watch the track of my mate i only see me. i dont understand how those functions get fixed and broken within 2-3 updates. rec_new_f18_movie_aar-20191123-201232.trk server-20191123-201209.trk
