    Ha Homefries, seeing some oddity with the AV8 Profile since latest OB release, a lot of stuff has stopped working, I don't know if RB has changes aload of stuff in there controls? Items that seem messed up include lights mode, probe, nws, and several more

    Its easy enough for a beginner system wise if biggy at times, its also a blast to fly and can do its mission. How ever if you are a perfectionist, its still WIP and has more then its fair share of system bugs, the majority of which its just learning the work around.

    Hay homefries, it may be worth putting some delay when you flip the flaps around on the harrier, Razbam have put a delay into the animation which means if you flip from cruise to down quickly it will only go to auto

I would suggest that it isnt seen in photos or recommend is down to the physics of taking off from the us carriers, uk carriers with ski jumos allowed increased loads, and even beyound that the vertical landing limits would mean having to dump munitions, not ideal.

    Almost certainly as said the throttle has been nudged forwards early, i have the throttle cut off bound for just this situation. Open the gate, move the throttle all the way back, and the engine should start spooling after a couple of seconds of engine start being on. Make sure you close the gate again, otherwise when you move to idel you may shut down your engine in flight!

    Or you could create your self a quick reference converater of some form, be it a piece of paper or excell sht on standby, not perfect but I have done it for the above reasons

    Also you may want to add a dcs tag or somthing in play store, I only found it when i searched kneeboard not dcs

    As you are looking at kneepads, could you implement some sort of sections? Like a section for airport charts, aircraft specfic, air charts, mission specific, user specofic. Also it may be worth seeing if you can use the updated airport charts that lotatc makes use of.

    Looks a really interesting project, fly both av8 and f18, but what really interests me is the knee board side of things! And cajnce you could put together a video of full funcrionality, or do you have a limited time trial available?

    Appolgies at work so dont have acceas to tracks at the moment. Situations tested: SP Hot airborne black sea MP hot ground PG Problem: Once AP barohold is engaged, it doea not disengage by repressing the button, marker colons are removed but aircraft still behaves as it is engaged. Pressing the stick paddle to totaly disengages the ap allows return to normal opperation. I have to regular flying partners who have also reported simular behavour. Will create a track this evening if I am not beaten to it.

    Stream deck, tou can setup a clustered command stack when you press a button with delays.

    I use it with av8b but only as a button box, although with the macro effect I have set up a near one press start up

    Its called throttle cutoff, default is rwin+t

    I mapped it to the eng l toggle, but i am sure there is a dafault key binding

    Afternoon home fries, suggested update for the harrier. Engine cut off switch could be assignes to idle location on the throttle axis, maybe set up so that in effectivly opens the gate for a second then recloses it, I have had to rebind one of rhe rogglea for this function as its not unsusal to accidently knock the throttle forward early in start up.

    Excellent news decoy, a clear schedule of planned features with some form of ordering with regular status updates would help alot wotg peoples concerns abput progress.

    My suggestion dcs main menu, select options, the special, the av8, then set pre allighned, then you will only have to flip to nav mode
