I am actually using a 3 way guitar pick up switch, gives a very positive feel to the motion, working on a 3d print for the actual handle. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0092MBPGA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

About a month ago now. Same time jdams appeared on load out.

I am presently using Arial Narrow, with bold applied... not sure if this will be the final solution though
-
I am using 6mm for the large, 4mm for the small, which reminds me i need to double check i used the same font for both.

Harrier - GBU38 help
tea_cypher replied to FoxxyTrotty's topic in DCS World Tutorial & Help Requests
Yeah as above said, simply point the tpod at the tgt wont work when it is, you have to get an upload through the CAS page, or get several laser ranges to tgt according the RB -
You are prolific, it takes me a week to do 1!

Look smart Brew

Bren, you are welcome to my panels as i produce them, I would really look at that design guide I linked earlier, as it sets a standard that works well. I am disgning in metric based on 12mm switches at the moment. I am presently working up the fuel switch panel, will look a little different to game as I am refering to a picture from a spannish av8b+ as my guide

https://mycockpit.org/tutorials/Panelbuildingfocussedondimensions.pdf I use this as my disghn guide.
-
So modelling complete on first Panel. Looks slightly different from in game, but I think is accurate ish to IRL, as I have referred to standards

Price dependong I would have an interest, another harrier pit here
-
As an aside are you on the DCS flight panels discord? As this has sparked quiet some excitement.
-
Great to see you back, the harrier is great fun, and I am going through the process of building a harrier pit myself. Good luck on the job front.

Engine Panel tested, all good.

Ok so been meaning to write this for a while, but recently, inspired by people on here, I completed the first stage of my own 'Generic Pit', it was not an excuse to play with power tools honest :music_whistling: So my intention is to eventually build an av8b pit but there is really very little out there on the design front, and it will take a Looooong time, so instead I have broken it down into to stages, the first the creation of a generic pit which is now complete. Based around a Samsung stupid widescreen curved monitor, Warthog Hotas and Purgoet 306 Seat, a lot of work and time and I am really happy with the result. I have also started working inside DCS-BIOS and have successfully prototyped the fuel panel. So what next? Well I have started on the chore of panel modelling in fusion 360, but there is very little data out there. I have been able to get support from Aiden Fay, http://www.aidanjfay.com/harrier-av8b-simulator.html, who has provided me some drawings he has done as a starter for 6. I have fully modelled one panel based around the DZUS hole pattern for scale. (Which the ingame model does not follow but based on a photo I have found shows it does https://www.pinterest.co.uk/pin/600386194057412000/visual-search/?cropSource=6&h=685&w=544&x=10&y=10) So is there anyone else out there who would like to join my efforts? A team working to a common goal would make this quicker.

Can you create a macro so it pulses 3 times?
-
It was a big when it stopped worked the work around was what you mentioned while they fixed it
-
Any new yet on av8b waypoint entry?
-
I am wondering how you have scalled you model, thinking of also doing a harrier pit, or at least the front of it.

DCS World TARGET profile for TM Cougar and Warthog + MFDs
tea_cypher replied to Home Fries's topic in Thrustmaster
Cyb I find that the target software can sometimes conflict with other software, try using a target to create a simple combined profile and see if that fires up is a good starting point, you might even find doing that once fixies CTS ( I did one occasion )- 2261 replies
