Don’t worry, @Silver_Dragon and others will be along soon to tell you not to believe what you see. And I’ll bet you $63 that our totally unbiased moderator will be back soon to quietly delete all of this…
-
Hopefully your money wasn’t wasted. Who knows?
-
So you’re saying everyone else is doing it, therefore it’s ok. Got it…

ED is advertising unsupported modules for sale on their E-shop with no disclaimer about the ongoing situation whatsoever. That's a fact, not an opinion. That is not ok. That is how you lose customers.
-
You've been presented with a fact. If you are going to be this disrespectful in your responses, then I will no longer be engaging with you. Please be disrespectful elsewhere.

I'm glad to see that you are at least offering refunds for the Strike Eagle. I have put in for one and have no problem waiting. That being said, the situation you have presented to the public is painfully simple. Razbam modules are becoming unusable over some dispute, which means customers like me are left hanging dry over the money we spent. So unless you can present information that shows how complex this situation is, saying it's complex doesn't make it complex for us. And you still haven't addressed the fact that all of Razbam's products are still being offered for purchase on your "E-Shop" page. Are you still taking money from customers who are unknowingly purchasing unsupported/unusable products?
-
I have been a loyal Eagle Dynamics customer for over 6 years, and I want my Strike Eagle purchase refunded or credited to my store account. I would never have purchased it if I knew some dispute like this would happen, rendering my purchase unsupported and soon-to-be dead at any patch update. What's worse is that this product, and all of Razbam's products, are still being offered for purchase by Eagle Dynamics on their "E-Shop" page. At best, that is incredibly poor, bad-faith marketing. At worst, it is fraud. @NineLine, @BIGNEWY, please do the right thing. Your reputations, as well as the reputation of your company, depend on it. The entire DCS community is watching.

I am devastated by your immense suffering. I hereby dedicate this post to the innocent puppies that have been slaughtered by your logic.

It's better for an update to be right instead of rushed.

implemented Integrate MMA and IAFS into rearm screen
Fropa replied to Luft Waffel's topic in Wish List
The FCR for the AH-64D can only be equipped by selecting a special option via the mission editor. This makes the FCR inaccessible in multiplayer, and requires server owners to go through each AH-64D slot individually in order to enable FCR usage. This requires a hotfix ASAP so that the client can equip the FCR through the rearm/refuel window. *I posted this in the multiplayer bugs section, but that post appears to have been ignored. Therefore, I am posting it here. -

I think this "server outage" is a blessing in disguise. We should be able to use what we paid for regardless of whether some server is working or not. Now ED can get to fixing this so that we never have this problem again.
-
The fact that you have to do that just to play something you already paid for is almost as ridiculous as you not realizing how ridiculous this is...

Not in multiplayer, it would seem...
