no, the diode only lets the current pass in one direction. My switches do not pulse and they all have diodes. To do as you want: You wire both leads to the same switch return and tell your controller to send a pulse, but DCS by default does exactly what you are asking. It sees all buttons a pulses, so all you do is wire both sides of the switch to one return. You would just go to DCS Options and set the button there. If you don't want the switch to remain on, you need momentary switches.

Yes, I learned this from showtime817th... that it does not help. It works the same way for me every time, though. That is why it is not an issue for me as all I do is MP.

The problem of Helios getting covered up by DCS seems to be isolated to use of the main menus. Using the MP shortcut, there is no issue of it happening for me and it is repeatable.

If you are having trouble with this, try using just the MP shortcut and see if it does it. I saw the problem in main menu SP, but not MP.

Average heavy duty toggles all use 15/32 drill bit hole size. Other switches and buttons vary as stated. Micro switches usually use a 1/4-40 thread, which is a very hard tap size to find.

A 20% cut in FPS for me. No thanks. Smooth beats eye candy any day.

Just wanted to add... Your saved games/DCS/config/options.lua sets the overall size of your monitor setup, then points to the file in the next sentence. The Eagle Dynamics/DCS World/config/moniotrsetup/ setup file places each viewport position and size. If your monitors stay the same, you only need to edit the config file to place the different viewports.

I use it only as an example here. X and Y are position numbers. X is left/right (0=left side of monitor), Y is up/down (0=top of monitor). Size is in pixels.

yes sir. I am not famliliar with A-10 exports, but you just need to know the name for the exported viewport, then you enter the position and size coordinates. Post your monitor config file and we can do a demo to show how.

It's very easy. Just look at your monitor config file and it should jump out at you. Paste in the lines for the second MFD in the size you want. I know nothing about the EM configurator. In the time it takes to learn how to use that, you could have learned how to edit the file.

Sounds like a view folder is included in the mission file and it is not needed. If a mission is "prepared" it will add the view folder and it should be deleted so clients are not affected by it (as you have found). Mission Editor/ Map Options, Mission options show what can be forced in a MP mission (and no, you cannot force internal views there). Find better servers.

You don't have to add the throttle to the current joystick. You can simply plug another cheap joystick in and you will have at least two other axis to use and hack into. Does anyone make cheap USB joysticks nowadays?

It does nothing. If it works now it is a fluke as I doubt any energy was expended on fixes for BS. For the latest update all we got was multi monitor trouble for many Helios users.

Are you using Game mode or Simulation?

TIR pause and center needs to be at your finger tips as do some others. Use a panel for things that are used less often if you are not creating a replica panel .
