  1. That is exactly what i didn't understand. In my original post, i noticed the exact same "issue". As i said, i have been away from the viper for quite some time, more than a year i think. Before that, i can not exactly specify when, i could create a new SPI, and if i remember correctly, its delta didn't carry over to the "non current steerpoints". In example, i had some targets in the area of steerpoint 4, engaged them with mavericks via tpod and could fly the rest of the flightplan, like stp 5-10 without any shift in position or at least i didn't notice. What really makes me wonder is, it seems to only affect the HUD and EHSI, the HSI MFD page seems to be unaffected somehow. Im not saying that this is not how the real thing works, but to me it seems somewhat counter intuitive.
  2. Had this one too, for me it happed with UHF, after ordering a wingman to rtb. After checking in with a tanker a few min later on the same mission, the statics where gone. Edit: I think i still have the track of that mission, will check later.
  3. You are right, i simply forgot how the viper works in regards to SPIs. Pushing CZ fixes the issue, and explains some oddities i ran into earlier without paying attention to it!
  4. Will try later, thanks for the advice!
  5. Yes, on the HTS i targeted the SA-10 Radars. In general, should i allways press CZ on the HSI/Tpod after finishing what ever i did?
  6. Actually no, as i didn't use the tpod if you mean the cz on tpod?
  7. Hi all, today I run into some odd issue... I did a little HARM training mission after quite some time away from the sim and I noticed that after an SA-10 engagement, HSI (MFD Page) and HUD where completely misaligned (STP8 on HSD Page is way more to the east than on HUD, Drift C/O is enabled to rule out its drift): After checking with the F10 Map (as "Ponit of Truth"), it seems the HSD Page is correct, and HUD is wrong: I´m not sure if it is a bug or a procedural error on my side, as far as I noticed, the problem surfaced after engaging some SA-10 Radars with HARM and HTS. INS alignment went as always and as far as I can tell it was on spot prior the SA-10 Engagement. Any ideas? Best Regards Layer_8 HUD_vs_HSD.trk
  8. Indeed, an update, even a payed one like Normandy 2.0 would be much appreciated! Layer_8
  9. Same issue here, set farp to callsing Dallas, com to 113.55 added LUV HMMWV and command post, but zero reply upon trying to call Dallas.
  10. Thanks Bignew!
  11. Hi all, I guess it is a handling issue on my side and not a bug. Always when I start taxiing and unlock the tail wheel, the apache starts to oversteer on turns quite badly, even with minimal rudder inputs at about 27% torque and collective minimal to the left and about 1/4 forward. When I try Countering the oversteering it is even worsening the issue (like pilot induced oscillation on fixed wings). I thought I knew how to use the anti torque pedals, in flight I don't seem to have any trouble at all, did anyone experience the same and knows what I do wrong? Best regards Layer8
  12. Hi all, I haven't flown the apache for quite a while... my issue maybe related to this issue I think. Are you also experiencing squelch issues with the coms system? No matter what I do, for example call ATC, the reply is barely audible due to the amount of white noise. If I remember correctly, the squelch switches could be turned on and off for a while ago. Now they seem to be spring loaded and always flip back to center position. Even if i hold the respective squelch switch in down position for some seconds, it seems to have no effect... Any ideas?
