I have a fully tricked out PC and Monitor but are my aged (58) eyes missing something? The game runs as smooth as butter on every high setting but on the Mission Editor screen the screen lookis tilted from left to right. It looks most odd to me. Apologies for the noob question.

Am i being dumb by missing the blindingly obvious but no matter what switches\buttons i press, i can get no external lights to illuminate. IE Taxy Light, Formation lights etc. Interior lighting switches work as advertised, any help appreciated.

Early Sepecat Jaguars had a whopping 16kb of Ram to drive the inertial navigation system which was considered to be state of the art back then. The HUD froze frequently if you cycled modes to quickly, and the moving (paper) map often did not move but it worked kind of. You could also recycle used waypoints, albeit via a clumsy and poorly positioned controller that to use meant you had to go heads in at low level and directly led to more than one accident before it was finally moved. Technology has indeed moved on.

So the back seater is truly independent as in the real world and requires his own settings. I thought it a little odd that you set up bindings for the chap up front then repeat the process for the baggage in the back, especially the view commands. I Have a POV hat, do i have to prove it twice lol.

Cancel that. I can no longer exit to desktop direct from the end mission screen. I have to go to the main menu to exit, or the game black screens, but according to Task Manager it is running fine so I can't force a DCS stop. Also agree with Eldur, the low FPS issue is still their.

Agreed, All back to normal for me. That black screen and pause was annoying to say the least. Thanks to ED for the pronto fix.

Agree with above, i7-8700k, twin Ge-force GTX 1070 and SSD etc and the game ran as smooth as butter. Install F-14 and its like I am back on my old PC, game takes longer to load at start and then i get the black screen pause on loading any mission etc. It also crashes most of the time i try to exit the game.

Well it looks like they sacked the Tower Controller or he is asleep.

I am getting this no matter where i try to land. ATC vector me in but never clear me to land so the lights are never switched on. Was fine until the last update. Anyone know if this affecting everyone or just a select few?? :)

Hi, just wondering if anyone else is having issues with ATC since the last update? They clear me inbound but since the last update never clear me to land and therefore never switch the lights on! Happens both on ships and airfields. Cheers.
