  1. Thanks again for the hard work and detailed feedback you gave. Couldn't have done it without you.
  2. What do mean "boat switch center"? Is that using AGM-65Ds? They are only good at. 10 miles. No?
  3. So, > 18,000 msl and/or < 1.3 miles. Good vid. Thanks.
  4. No. No Windows Updates or really anything else that I can think of.
  5. No, am working on a campaign right now. Think that will help figure it out?
  6. Crash to Desktop with the prompt to send the log files ( which I do) No overclocks at all. No mods whatsoever.
  7. Hello, I've been experiencing a lot of crashes recently with Stable 2.7.10.19473 and was hoping someone could show me where to look in the Log File as a source of the crashes. I have no idea what to look for and any help would be appreciated. Thanks, John
  8. It can get a bit cluttered if there are a lot of Draw objects so: A lock function for drawn objects so they don't get accidentally shifted around. See attached.

  9. Just downloaded and installed the Syria update and can't get over the amount of detail in such a large region. This is really going to make a welcome basis for the Syria campaign I am developing. Thanks again, John

  10. Thanks for asking. It's up to E.D. right now. Still waiting...
  11. Once again, you are correct, Sir. I missed the common sense answer to the query. Yes, they WERE designed to be used at night as reflected in the "Night" setting of the dial. Still, I do remember reading something about the brightness of the MFCD's. Let me ask Buck and see what he says.
  12. This may not be a bug. If you've ever read Buck Wyndam's excellent book "Hogs in the Sand" he describes taping a green film (I cannot remember specifically what type) over the MFCDs at night because they were too bright and never designed to be used at night. His book is highly suggested reading for anyone interested in early A-10 tactics and employment.
  13. Beautiful! Thank you. Now if I can just get the helicopter to follow it's flight plan I'll be all set.
  14. I understand that a smoke generator has to be loaded on an aircraft for the smoke to work but there doesn't seem to be a helo that has a smoke generator available. Is there another way (script or something) where smoke can be triggered on and off for a helicopter? I'm trying to make a helicopters progress through a flight plan apparent to the player (in an A-10C). I'd like to be able to trigger smoke on/off so the player can spot the helo as it progresses through the trip. Thank you,
  15. Can't you do that already with the Templates button?
  16. Hello, I would LOVE to see this if possible.
  17. Great work, this, but have you been able to work on northern Syrian sites?
  18. There is, however, an action Start Mission which could be triggered by, say, the player aircraft at the edge of one map and then Start Mission at the beginning of another map. Could also be used to shorten a long flight, say across Syria, and then pick up closer to the destination. I've never used Start Mission but am intrigued by the idea...
  19. Hello, I really like what the program can do and was planning on using it for my new Syrian campaign but it's just too buggy for me to commit to use it. It seems to work only when it feels like it. I was using it without problems last night and now it won't load - just the icon in the taskbar like it's minimized but it won't open up when called. It has done this same thing off and on four or five times in the last two or three weeks even with all the the updates. I've been trying to use the program with some regularity but it is just buggy for me to commit to it. I really did want to use it but I can't count on it. I've never seen a program behave like this before and I've been working on Windows since 3.1. I hope you can get it sorted out as I really like it but am going to go back to manually developed datacards. John
  20. Curious, will you be including The Green Village just southeast of Deir ez-Zoir. It could be critical to a Syrian Campaign...:>)
  21. Roger that. Thanks again.
  22. No, if you zoom in real close on the statics you can see their actual outline scaled relative to the rest of the world. It didn't used to be that way.
  23. Thank, you I'll probably go that route. Thanks
