This wasn't meant as a post for just DCS but for the people who have backed the headset in general.....Also towards the end he talks about playing Project cars. That game has high end graphics and is fast paced too. Hopefully he'll post a video soon letting us know how that went.

Not the sanding ...might need to re grease but after the job I did I don't expect to for years ...

After the sanding and re greasing I added a DIY 3" extension for less then $25 to mine and now it's the cat's azz ...:thumbup:

Took a few hours and $5 worth of grease to get a smooth stick that's more accurate and solid than my CH gear ever was...... don't be so overly dramatic :D

I had the CH Fighterstick and throttle and i much prefer the hall sensors of the warthog and all the added buttons on the throttle...sure... took a little work... but for less than $10 now my stick is buttery smooth...very happy with the results.

They have time to finish the product these are prototypes ......Lets see what happens ...I'm not pulling out .....total opposite of my weekend dates by the way :D

To be clear Ronin didn't say to ream it with a 1/4 drill bit (should have mentioned that) he said

And supposedly you may be able to upgrade someday to the 8k-X from the 8k with an upgrade kit if that's what your looking for.
