Anyone else have this, cant read the RWR with the light on..........

Sorry for late reply.... I can dodge 2-3 missiles but not that good at it yet so normally they get me rather fast. :pilotfly: Its my own fault i guess, im in to much of a hurry to dive into the fight, not using my wingmen for anything really, i just set them to engage bandits and forget about them. It does help to use the pincer left/right command and maybe hang back abit, BUT i still do feel the AI F15s are just to good at times, wiping us out like we are drones, off to look at some more videos :book:

After two fights im always out of fuel :) Do i need to refuel at tanker?

Don't you get mission complete just by landing that mission?:huh:

So after pretty much using it as a flight simulator for 3 weeks i finally got the nerve up to jump into a Su-27 campaign, but.....how on earth :helpsmilie: Going ok but intercept missions are (For me anyway) pretty impossible.... my AI gets wasted within the forst 30 sec of contact, every time. So just for fun i added (can't remember mission) another flight of 4 Su-27's to help my flight of 4, all dead in a minute or so :music_whistling: Checked log and all 7, well 8 including me got taken down but 2 F-15s, (more in flight but only 2 ever fired) So any advice would be great :book:

Could someone confirm this? Still doing the sea dragon campaign but my AI crash on take off, even with empty load after latest patch.

can terrain mods go into the saved games location and still work?

thought of this myself, so checked the Integrity check in mp, when it's activated it should't pass

That reads to me as i can create a folder where i keep my mods anywhere? No biggie, i can just manual backups of things :)

Mustang ground textures, have all my skins ect in saved games. Game install is in DCS World, created DCS Mods and DCS backup outside that, it does take backups, but nothing change in game. Tried it for fun with a cockpit as well, all light green, backup made, but nothing in game, wierdio :)

Can't figure out what im doing wrong with this........ I unzip the mod and using the Make Mod-archive option, it will light green looking like its installed but nothing changes in game....

Noticed a lot of people using the Thrustmaster, I'm using a x-52 atm, could probably sell this for the price of a new TH. Pros and cons anyone? Thx in advance

Hmmm worked for me. I followed WPs and got a message to turn on my ecm, then home. Did you turn on ecm before you got the message? Maybe some trigger in there.....(Just guessing)

@ flanker1, i use Mustang's terrain : https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=207541 Think you might have a hard time joining any MP servers with it so take backup of the files it overwrites, i'm a DCS n00b so i didn't :music_whistling: @TWC_SLAG: Pretty much the same as any other game, install it to where you have you're run.exe, only diff is you need to move the "dxgi.dll" file it installs to the DCS World/bin folder. Any probs let me know and i'll do a little tut with pictures :thumbup:

My eyesight is not what it used to be so been playing around with this reshade preset trying to get the hud just a little more clear without changing the look of the game to much, pretty happy with it :) Recommend turning OFF Colorfulness when flying in Caucasus. Effect/shaders i use: (use gamma 1.9 in game) I did add a tiny bit of color in Nevada so if yo like to try enable Colorfulness in desert maps. dcs_v1.zip

Right, on to a few setting questions (i'll keep it in here, no point spamming all the forums in here) MSAA vs SSAA, i'm running msaa x 4 atm, my son keeps telling me i should run SSAA instead, (trust issues again, little bastid think he knows all :lol:). He stated since im running a 1080GTX graphic card but only a 1080p monitor i wont notice much difference in fps. I'm at work atm so cant test it out myself, just curious if the little sob is lying to me :P I am have some stutter issues, once again my son comes to the rescue and tell me i should spring for a ssd drive to put my game on, good idea? Thx in advance :thumbup: (i freaking love these smilies)

This went straight into the bazar/world ect folders. Sure you know it, textures by mustang? I'll leave it for now as fixed wing will be my primary goal :) ANd...i have trust issues (Spellcheck), i don't trust my instruments :helpsmilie: :megalol: Stuggeling with landings, coming in way to high, but but but it looks so low following the hud ect, hehe, back to practise some more :joystick:
