ty edit.. i have went into the controler setup and the gun triggers for the keyboard are not available to be mapped to the keyboard...... very odd... another suggestion? . i think i dont have it available is that i have my TM attached and the game does not make it available for the keyboard. but i did find an alternative. just use my TM gun trigger.

i am having an issue with the training missions. everytime the instructor states. " press spacebar to begin". nothing happens. i have let the mission run for several minutes, but still nothing. i thought it was because i didnt have anything mapped to the spacebar. so i mapped something trivial. i think it was multi-player messaging... but still no no avail. it has to be something i have setup because i dont see any other post with this issue.

i look straight out and get 15fps. i look down at the panel and eliminate the HUD from view and i get 30-33+. same for the side views. . i know... WIP.. just asking..:doh: guided bomb training mission.....

Last night i got a BSOD while flying the nav tutorial. Ill post those numbers if interested. But what i got after reboot was a windows black screen. Telling me a system software file was corrupt. Install system disk and re-install W7.... tried restarting but no luck. Same message. As soon as i restore from my backup and reinstall windows ill post result. My question is, what file/s would you guys like to see from windows and or dcs after my re-install? . . Win7 64 Asus m2n32sli delux Amd 9850 quad. All stock 8g gskill Evga gtx275 x2 sli'd

a question or 2 about the trailer; at about 2:36 or so, it looks like what appears to be rope tied to something. right where the front corner of the canopy and the fuselage meet up with the front IP. both side of the cockpit no less... does anyone know what that is and its function? . the video is a genius piece of work. . i firmly believe that DCS has the ability to become the best war sim of all time. IMO all the pieces are in place (sorta). ground attack support, fast movers for air support, for both opfor and blue. now, to tie it all together. i was a strong proponent for a dynamic ground campaign engine. well who needs that now if this can all come together and have human interaction as red side/blue side. both will have capable air fighter, and both will have great ground pounders as well. (i'll lighten up on the picketing of the campaign engine. promise) what are you-all waiting for. give the sim world the "coupe-des-gras' these highly detailed a/c will dominate the a/c sim world.

after un install and reinstall again, i received another error. and i am also posting the larger error file. i als have BS. i have noticed that when it runs (and it does work btw), the windows (W7 64) trys to tell me that there is a problem and can it look for a solution. but it is a tab and not visible on screen, but i can see it if i alt tab to desktop. . there is no place to deactivate and to re-activate the program. also if you want the full error txt i can mail it

no i havent. i have an activation code. and a few activations left, was just wondering if this what im doing wrong or the update. i havent tried reinstalling yet till i consulted with the ouija board first. i have my BS running. im content for the time being
