  1. We have the same issue here since the patch, flashlight isn't working without battery powered.

Haa yeah sorry the mod is just some ground stuff, my friends have the same issue since the update, here on the picture it drops at 40 FPS but when you pop your head up this drops at 30 or less because of the environement. We directly saw the difference, before the patch it was very smooth everytime (constant 60 FPS). If you want I can drop you another track witout the mod!I think something changed with the increased readability and is not optimised as it was. 10 or 20 FPS isn't huge for the hears but it represent -20% of performance (at high altitude too). One of the best points of the Viper at the release was the performances, very smooth, no drops, I think they might fix it there is a little problem somewhere.

  4. The performances are decreasing while the flood lights are activated in the Viper since the update. With my friends we had the same issue. There is two pictures where you can see the FPS drop (arround -20%) without head movement. options.lua
  5. Guys this bug is fixed since two month check your version!
  6. Hi team, We are looking for informations about calculation differences between shooters and clients. What's the plan for this "issue". DCS is very competitive and will be more in the next years this method seems to be very anoying. We saw sometimes some very strange trajectories with A/A, A/G and S/A missiles. Is it an old technology restrained by the hardware or just a temporary solution before a new one? Thank you per advance! :thumbup:

I think I'm not the only one who's hoping this: this could be very immersive to have a huge sound of breathing in you mask when you are in the pit :) I did an audio record and looped him on a mission... this is very very stressfull and realistic. I think the question has already been asked, so delete my thread if it's the case.
  17. Hello, I don't know if it's reported, this is a picture of this issue, it depends of your angle of view, and sometimes you can have a giant plane reflection in front of you.
  18. Since the last update we can see an issue with the shadows: they are not displayed correctly from the pit view, but outside it's ok. There are two pictures attached where you can see this issue. 100% reproducable, not sure if it's just on the hornet so you can delete it if it's the case.

  20. Hello, I have some general order questions for a part of the french community very active! (if it's possible) 1 - Is an update preplanned for a new weather? (with more realistics winds, wet surfaces, humidity, mountains effects...) 2 - When ED's team wants to work on the graphics optimisation? (or is it just planned?) 4 - Actually every client has is own version of the balistics calculations, Is your team working on it? Is it planned to use another technology to counter that? 5 - Sometimes we can hear some things about dynamic campain, I thought it was not possible yet, but what is you advice on it?   21. As it's write the home fuel advisory is triggered by the wpt 0 (static) and your throttle use. A couple of time I had the advisory after an full A/A refueling, it seem's not reset after that. If I understood, the reset solution is on the FPAS page?
  22. Yes same for me Tomsk but the beam angle can be directly bound with our problem, the elevation is rather bugy so if we consider that the bandit is under the antena and we can't change it you just see the contact at the last moment .. That's what I would say. (Sorry for my bad english)
