  1. HARMs in SP Mode falling just short of target causing no damage. Tried at multiple distances from, speed and altitudes, same problem, HARM hits the ground 50ft from target... same place each time.
  2. Wasn't the motor after all!! Got a reply from Sergio who advised me to silicon grease my motor and reflash the firmware... Just done that and hey-presto!   3. Can someone explain to me how I can get WW11 Bismark and WW11 Wood (HMS Hood) to work as when i put these in to Mods/Tech like any of the rest they simply do not work... Theres no Ship? Thanks
  4. I’ll let you know… albeit not wholly convinced that this is the issue but as the motors are less than £8 shipped I thought it worth a punt before dismantling the seat further. I’ll report back accordingly, pleased I found this thread as it’s been most useful so far in my quest to beget back some good vibrations!!
  5. I too have now developed a similar issue… however mine is slightly different. the JetSeat will not connect to the PC and I have a high pitched whine coming from one of my motors. Checking this, it spins freely. i have continuity checked the wiring and that all looks ok. Also, while powered up, the controller doesn’t show any power although I can confirm I do have 12V DC coming from the power supply. My guess is the motor is faulty albeit I can’t be certain. To rule it out I have ordered some replacements from Amazon as per the attached image if this is a help to anyone looking for them. They look spot on as to the ones in the JetSeat but won’t know until I receive them tomorrow. Amazon Prime fingers crossed I can get this sorted as love my JetSeat.
  6. Excellent… I can now fire missiles and get warhead on foreheads from the Pilot seat using a JTAC to laze targets. thanks everyone for your help and advice

  8. Excellent… but can you fire HF from Pilot seat without using George so that the missile guidance uses another Lazer from a Human Controlled aircraft?

It shouldn’t matter what distance I am, indeed, I should be able to get one off the rails irrespective of there even been a target as the idea is I am firing one that picks up the Lazer code from another plane. That aside, I’m well within the range, typically around 5000 meters. Actually, coming back to what you have written… I can do that as Pilot with George. George designates the target with Lazer etc. What I want to do is have another human controlled plane laze for me… so question is, how do I get the HF off the rails in the direction of the enemy and pick up the planes Laser?
  10. I’m obviously doing something wrong then as can’t action the missiles, I can only action the gun and rockets even though I have missiles loaded on the stub wings?
  11. Is it possible for the Pilot to fire a hellfire missiles...? What I wish to be able to do as Human Pilot in a Multiplayer Game and without a Human CP/G is to launch a Hellfire such it will pick up theTPOD or ATFLIR lazer from an F18 flown by another Human Player. Thanks
  12. To speed up the process of mission editing, Is it possible to make a FARP template to just click once and place all the necessary bits and bins needed … if so, how can it be done?

I’ve just been reading the manual… I believe now that Hi and Lo trajectory are only for LOAL to shoot the missile in a way as to allow it to catch a laser designating source… from what I have just read, and as you say, LOBL is only in Direct trajectory, in other words, the Apache can see the target and can laser designate it. Will put the theory to the test later but now makes more sense why I can’t select anything other that Direct when in LOBL mode.

  16. I will get a track replay and post as soon as get back on the PC... with regards modifiers - No, i do not have any for George, just one HAT on a VirPil Collective Grip.
  17. Having real difficulty with George selecting LOBL/LOAL and Hi/Lo/Dir for Hellfires... I have rebound my controls, moving George from Stick to Collective so its not a controller issue. I have also confirmed there are no conflicts with other controllers including Keyboard. The Issue is - a short press will only 'sometimes' change between LOAL and LOBL... and likewise a long press for Trajectory will only sometimes change to Hi/Lo/Dir. When I can change one, I can not then change the other and vice versa. But then occasionally, it all works fine..but only momentarily and reverts back to not allowing mew to change things. Working the other way selecting Weapon, number of rounds and rockets works perfectly, proving its not the controller. I have also checked my buttons in VPC Joystick Tester and all looks OK. HELP?

  21. I have tried that... i have moved it between 3 HAT switches, disabling the others of course, and the problem persists. I will re-do my binds and hopefully resolve it. Other than that... what an amazing Module this is.... the best ever and my absolute favourite! Albeit i still love the Huey as well
  22. I have made a suggestion as I am colour blind(ish) and sometimes can not see the difference between the Green or the Yellow. My suggestion is to place a box around the Green (Weapons Free) selection so it is more easily identifiable that George has control of weapon release.
  23. Hi... I am partially colour blind and find it difficult to distinguish between constrained George AI (Yellow) and authourised George AI (Green). Could DCS modify the George symbology with something physical like a box around the GUN, RKT, or MSL indicator to help distinguish more quickly if the CPG has the authority to engage or not? Thanks in advance..
  24. Try as I might I find that the AI Helper Long Press Right and even Short Press Right are tempremntal at best. Geting CPG to change to LOBL/LOAL is near impossible and I then find i have changed Trajectory to Hi, Low or Direct... It becomes such a mess that I end up fighting that more than I do the enemy... Is anyone else having similar issues with George?
  25. @f4l0 I dont seem to have any Apache engine rumble when on the Ground in SSA v2.3.9... Here are screen shots of my settings... unsure if i have added correct values? Is this correct?
