I always love and appreciate how historical you get! Great shots! -
It is still a bomb truck at the end of the day, not a straight-laced C. Hence the name, Strike Eagle!

I've tried F-15E today, this module sets some new standards, it's awesome.

How did you figure that? -
I like it. I wonder if they plan to incorporate the HGU-55 that the pilots wore at this time. It would be nice to have the "Desert Storm" option as well since the A-7E made it that far.

Just checked. F-15E WSO All but axis commands HOTAS It's there. Hope this helps!

Most aircraft are designed to carry a lot of things. They are tested but never fielded. The F-14 could carry Harpoon. It was tested, never used operationally. There are also photos of a VF-14 F-14A firing zuni rockets, never really used operationally. When you see a photo, take it with a grain of salt and do a deep dive. It is ultimately up to the battlefield commanders and such to make the call on how they want to use a platform. As was said earlier, we have dedicated CAS and SEAD aircraft for those purposes.

I think that it is time that someone took a look at developing an F-111. That platform definitely deserves a DCS module. -
Most jets IRL have a detent. You have finger lifts that get the throttle moved into AB or you can push through. I have the Winwing F-18 Super Taurus/Libra setup and it has the detents.

If I recall, you shouldn't/wouldn't activate autothrottle until either abeam or somewhere soon after but before the groove. It's not meant for abrupt changes. Your Case I break can still be executed.

I wish I could say what it was, but I have no definitive proof (my failure to provide a track). My anti-skid was off. Axis and throttle had been checked as well. I think the patch fixed it. After the last patch, I tested the Hornet using a quick start Case 1 recovery and then, no more stuck bird on a wire! Thank you to all of you that rogered up. I really appreciate it.

VF-124 Gunfighters (1989) - 6 Livery Package (F-14A) v 1.1 (digitalcombatsimulator.com) Don't know if you've seen these but they are fire! I know that it's not the same but maybe you like it. -

What could ED or RB possibly say that would satisfy some of you at all? They've already been flame sprayed by all of the low impulse control types. I'm surprised that someone had the main mounts to start another tread! I say, let them work.
-
Thank you!

Greetings, Whenever I takeoff, my rudder is highly sensitive. Even with the NWS sensitivity disengaged, the F1 still careens side-to-side uncontrollably until I crash. I checked my other jets, no problem. How can I reduce sensitivity even further?

So, this is no longer a WIP discussion! With all due respect, just like the poster 2 post above me said, "I love DCS". I love it too and these discussion threads for the wealth of knowledge that a lot of users share. But this incessant whining is becoming unbearable. I mean, I want my SE very much so, but obviously, it is not ready. ED and RB can explain all they want; it'll never be enough for some people. I also watched people whine in the Viper beginnings as well as the Apache. It never fails! Whining won't make it come faster. All of a sudden, everyone has a business degree from Harvard! I love it when those outside try and tell those inside how to run their business. I can't run a Wal-Mart and wouldn't try, don't know the first thing! There are things that we know and don't. The developers have apologized and explained up the Waz zoo! Things happen. Is it messed up, yes! But things happen. Let them (ED/RB) finish the work fellas! If you are like me, you probably have more than enough modules to fill out a month. Stand by for heavy rolls as the ship comes about. Next will be when the SE releases and there are still bugs, or the never ending, "what about this system" or "why isn't this thing in that thing." I now remember why I left Customer service and joined the Navy. The YT videos make me glad I pre-ordered in the first place. I hope this thread gets back on track until the release. Feel free to flame-spray me all you'd like, it's just my 2 cents!

Yes, Whining!

For what, I'm not sure. I'm cool either way, got mad patience bro. Can't say the same for others. I hope this thread gets back on track!
