Hi guys Im wondering if anyone else is having this problem. :noexpression: I'm having an issue with the FPS in the Heatblur Modules after the last update :(. Before the update I was getting excellent FPS SOLID 50-75 FPS.:D The issue seems to lie with OB. I have tested both OB & Stable. All in the same Instant action mission F-14B_IA_Caucasus_take-off.miz I tested with the same mission both on Stable & OB with a couple of aircraft using the mission editor to change the aircraft . F-18, F-5 & both the Viggen & F-14. In the Viggen & F-14 I am only getting 5-15 FPS :cry: :cry_2:. All other aircraft I tested I was getting a solid 50FPS & up to 125FPS :yay: . The FPS problem is at it worst on the Caucasus map which is very strange :confused:. I did a quick test on Nevada with the Viggen & F-14 & I was getting 25-38FPS still not the best & very inconsistent. I cant seem to put my finger on it I hope it can be fixed & this issue isn't released into stable:fear:. I'm sure the guys at Heatblur will sort it. :thumbup:

Im getting u big FPS loss on the Caucuses map. From 75 FPS before update down to 15 FPS after update. & this is consistent in all Aircraft I have tried & with no aircraft. Yes Just me standing on the runway :mad::mad::mad::mad::(:cry:

I was thinking the same thing regarding 2.5.6. :huh: Yes that is correct I copied the whole Config/Input sub-folder from the former to the latter and the controls don't show up? The aircraft I have been trying to get this to work on is F-14 F-18 & Mirage 2000

Nar mate not mixing things up. I only have one set of saved controls(SIM/REAL) for each individual aircraft. I have two back ups because I spend a bit of time getting my controls dialed in & don't want lose anything. Doesn't matter how I load them in it just wont load the bindings. I'm just getting the default bindings that are all duplicate throughout the controls.

Gday guys & gals. Hope you are all well & safe. I just jumped over to the dark side & installed OB. Scary I know :fear: For the life of me I can not get my control bindings from my stable to load in OB. :cry: I load the file using load profile in the controls tab bit it will not bind. :mad: The file is there & it is the correct file (checked in stable then copied over two OB saved games/DCS.Openbeta/my control sets) but it will not bind it.:censored: I just get the standard duplicate binding on every thing.:thumbdown::cry_2: This is happening for all aircraft I have tried. :helpsmilie:

Or we can just wait for ED to do a tweak or two. It's DAY 1 BETA RELEASE! :surprise: ED said it still has some work to do. Just be happy :yay::cheer3nc: that we got something that for the most part works pretty good.

:doh: Why didn't I think of that. Probably because I had tried a bunch of stuff & it was all broken & I was just so frustrated with it all :furious: :badmood:

I tried to edit the mission & fix it but all it did was break it. :eek::confused: when I hit save The M-2000 just disappeared :huh: There was no player planes left in the mission at all :crash: It also has a few other issues with some AI spawning too low & crashing into the mountains.:rolleyes:

No its not my end. :noexpression: I've only had the Mirage for a short time & it is the only aircraft That has an overly dark cockpit. The picture in post #42 of the cockpit is heaps brighter than mine. I wish mine was that clear :( I run stable.

Dose any one have any Idea about Stable ?

Changing the Gamma just for the Mirage will just blow everything else out. The cockpit is just too dark. I have to run all of the cockpit lights in the daytime so I can see all of the switches. Even then there are still some I cant see.
