  2. By the way: In RedCrossMassacre the Playboy-JTAC is located in a canyon. If the mountains covers the radio signal you can not have contact to the JTAC.

  6. In my missions I set all to realistic (no easy radio). People with easy radio enabled can't connect to the JTAC but this is a other problem I think. Oh yes, sorry. I deleted the carrier in this edited version and forgot to delete the trigger. But this shouldn't change the JTAC behaviour. :)

Hi Panzer, This mission I attached is a edited version of "Thunderstruck" for easy reproduce the problem. - Please join A-10C #1.1 and take off. - Then fly north and wait till the Predators are in the air (message will appear). - Call JTAC: Enfield - 41.000 FM Springfield - 42.000 FM Uzi - 43.000 FM Colt - 44.000 FM There are up to 13 random enemy Convoys, 15 enemy Roadblocks and 45 random enemy groups in the target area. The Predators won't report the enemies. _TEST_.miz
  8. Hi Eddie, thank you for the response. :thumbup: You are using the next version? So that means it is fixed in the next patch? Why? Shouldn't a SAM be placed on top of the hill to avoid that the enemy can hide behind a hill? :huh: By the way: With BUK it is working and I hope that this will work in future too. :music_whistling:
  9. Sadly not every time. :( Predator JTACs (using "FAC") can't find targets... or can find but won't report... Same problem as in 1.1.1.1 :doh:
  10. Thank you for the report. For your info: JTAC's are on FM and ATC is on AM. So you have to switch the Mic-Switch to the correct direction. In the Radio Menu Header you can read what radio you are using.
  11. I want to bring this topic up again because the JTACs (Predator with FAC) are not working in 1.1.2.1 also! I noticed that in my missions and I will try to find out why they are not working. But PLEASE ED Testers: take a look too! :helpsmilie:
  12. @ cohead: Hm.. please post this problem (with track and crash log file) in the problem area in this forum. I will try to reproduce this problem too. @ Skymad: I noticed that some JTACs are not working anymore. This is a bug in the software and not in the mission. But please set "easy comms" to OFF and use the realistic setting.

  14. Hi ED Testers, please try to reproduce this problem: HAWK: It will not fire on targets below their own altetude. The HAWK-site in the test mission is extracted from an old BlackShark (1) mission. In BS1 it was working. If I change the HAWK to a BUK it is working again. The BUK will immediately fire. M270 Artillery: It will not "fire at point" without line of sight. This was working in v1.1.1.1. _TEST_.miz HAWK_and_M270.trk

  17. No, I would not install this in BS2 because BS2 has a new folder struction. Some sounds will fit but the most will not work. There are a lot more sound files in BS2 too. I have to redo this mod from scratch.

  20. When I check the checkbox "hide on map" in the editor, will the CA client even be able to see this unit on his F10 map and control it?
  21. War es nicht auch so in der Beta, dass man Einheiten, welche auf der F10 Map nicht sichtbar waren (Haken im Editor "Hide on map" ), nicht steuern konnte? Vielleicht kann man die Befehlsgewalt der CA Spieler so etwas einschränken.
  22. Hi cohead, sorry for the broken link. I will fix this today on the FTP. What bugs have you found in v6.6? By the way: The missionpack is not edited for 1.1.2.1 yet. I will do this this month and add Su-25T to "Gudauta Rush", "Hardcore Terrorists" and "Operation Bigfoot". And I will add P-51 to "Rookie Terrorists".
  23. Hi tester team, In my Trainingpack you can find two new missions created with v1.1.2.1 called "Gudauta AirShow" and "Dogfight Training". In both missions we (3-4 STP guys) have the same isue: Right after joining the cockpit the P-51 explodes. (without clicking a switch) Sometimes it explodes after switching on the battery. I couldn't figure it out why it explodes. Please can you try to reproduce? :helpsmilie:
