well i got mine on order from my usual helpfull and reliable online flightstore so heres hoping for the best. Still im not sure if its better to unplug it before and after shutdown though, Seems lots of ppl have had issues with the throttle dying. :pilotfly:

strange ehhe. Well my x52 is being retired now anyway. In the last 5 mins I ordered a TM WH :megalol: Luckly I already have a set of rudder pedals =)

Anyone had this before? 2 of the buttons on my joystick are showing that they are pressed in the Config. They no longer do anything and ive remapped my A-10c to avoid them however ive tried using a diffrent USB port and unistalling/reinstalling the drivers. Im not using any profiles just settup though the DCS interface. Everything esle works just fine. Im really consideing getting a WH stick but ive heard there are problems with it.

on the topic of speed brakes I noticed there is an audio cue for when the speed brakes are out now hehe. Not sure if you can hear the sound change in the real aircraft but its a nice addition to the sim

i just ran the same mission again and refueling worked just fine. All I did was change the tankers flightplan from the long staight legs it was on to a Racetrack circle on the Advanced tab. Seems that the tanker needs to be on a race track before the wingman will refuel from it. I have to go out now but when I get back I will change it back and save a track for you hehe. Working now

after using the sim for awhile I get the feeling it was not finnished properly =( I just tried refueling with my wingman and its the same as it was in Beta 4. I posted in the Problems forum. I ask wingman to fly to tanker and he goes to it and starts trying to refuel (has his fueling door open) then he gets stuck behind the tanker and does nothing. He wont even follow a rejoin command. Also there is a glitch on my installation that causes a massive slowdown on the outside views. In the cockpit i always get very impressive and smooth 50+ FPS but sometimes switching to outside view it drops to 15fps. If I Alt Esc back to windows and then back to the sim it goes fine again. AI still get stuck on the runway. Crash to desktop sometimes when opening controller set up. Core i7 950 @3.4ghz Gigabyte X58A-UD3R mobo (all latest drivers and BIOS flash) 6Gig ram GTX460 768mb Track IR5 Saitek x52 Pro 1Tb WD Cavier black Track IR (cant fly without it) Apart from these issues its very good and the Gau-8 is so much fun to use now.

the only other sim ive played that engines can overheat is the A2A aircraft in FSX hehe. Nice to know they A-10c can also go wrong like that.

im using Bit Torrent 7.2 to seed but I cant seem to get it to do anything. I created new Torrent using the 4 Setup files and they are showing on the status part of the screen but they are not showing any activity. It says its seeding but its not actualy doing anything :helpsmilie:

runs better even than BS. I really really really like the debrief now that it tells you what system failed in your flight. installed yay!! did a little test flight and its so smooth now. Gun causes no slow down at all, its like flying on silk. The aircraft feels smoother over all and I love it. Need to set up my HOTAS again but everything is working super now. Not tried missions yet just my own training missions. Time will tell hehe.

i nearly finnished DL the normal Http way, got 10 mins left hehe. Can I use the files to seed Bittorrent for other ppl? or do the files have to be DL from Torrent before they can be used for seeding?

first person ever to complain about getting the final product hehe, thats like ordering a new car and complaining that you wanted it before it was fitted with an engine and wheels.

2 years 2 months and 3 days, thats what my Torrent says =) is time left. By then the next DCS program will be out hehe.

I killed my engine last flight. Forgot to set mixture back to rich after cruise and my engine died soon after roll out on the runway hehe. Sure is alot to remeber with this bird especialy the engine and airframe limits. Thats what makes it so special. Cant wait for the P-51 its gonna be fantastic.
