Its a LG W2361. Flat screen.

I bought an LG monitor and its giving me a headace due to its low Refresh rate. Its 23inch and its set at 75Herts as it wont go higher, i have all the latest drivers for the monitor and the graphics card (EAH5770 with the huge heatsink). Did I buy a lemon or is there something wrong with me?, I can almost see the screen refreshing and at 60 herts my brain nearly passes out. My old monitor was set at 75 herts and I could use it all day with no problems. What am I doing wrong? :cry:

since when has the F-16 been "Done to death" anyway? I mean apart from some FSX addons here and there and of course Falcon4 (no longer in development it seems. Freefalcon/Openfalcon <(so buggy its not even funny, ive never been able to run them for more than a few minutes) We really really really need a new F-16 sim with the quality of DCS/ED

100% agree with you. The F-15 is the most detailed AI ive seen. I cant imagine the hard work that went into getting in looking just right. The afterburner effects on it are like nothing ive seen before. They look perfect. :megalol: Even the Linkages that control the nozel openings are modeled. If you look at the F15 in spot view then hit F4 so you are looking at it from the top then turn your view round 180deg so you are looking back at the engines you can watch them open close up. Just need to make a fast waypoint (1100Km so they use the ABs.

Yes the switch waypoint option is very broken atm. Either that or I missed something.

just put all the files you download into 1 folder and run the setup.exe from there.

Head Tracking (any type) is the best upgrade you can make for flight sims, It also works in lots of other games (Arma2 etc).

F-16 would be awsome, I know its in Falcon 4 but falcon 4 is so dated now (still play it from time to time). And I cannot run FF of more than a few mins its just too unstable. F-18 would be 2nd choice. I fly the VRS version sometimes and practice carrier trapping but it makes me cry to think such a well detailed and functional aircraft is stuck in FSX and so will never really seem battle. PS there is a Tactial pack coming soon for it that will make sam sites that can be seen from within FSX and killed by AGMs. I think there will be lots of other stuff like that (tanks/truck etc). Dont ask me how they will do it but it will happen. What it really needs is a wingman for single player but im pretty sure thats way beyond what can be done in FSX. Tbh I would be happy with any multirole aircraft.

lol I only just noticed the google map program has a flight sim mode, been flying around nellis with the labels on learning where everything is -) Its not really a flight just a hud that supposedly acts like a F-16. Still its free so I cant complain. Anyone else tried this?:megalol::megalol::megalol::megalol:

my wingman deffinatly disconected after a few mins and rejoined so im not sure what happened to your guy, but your right the boom does stay in its up position but he still takes fuel. In my debrief it said "Pilot #2 Refuled". :)
