wow that tank in the 5th pic is almost invisible!!!

i was dissapointed when they removed the Battlefield commander mode back in beta 3. It would have been so awsome to be able to direct ground troops and units from the air but I suppose these things where left in during development. Talk about taking candy away from a baby. Still I found the beta alot of fun and made a small contribution to a couple of .dll issues that where promptly fixed.

im looking forward to Fs2Crew for the NGX. On my other addons I use the Voice version. Let me tell you asking your F/O (copilot) to set a heading or altitude or put the landing gear down, all without having to press any button while you line up for the landing adds so much to the whole flying experiece. From take off to landing smooth and faultless.

I love this guy even though hes a bit scary!. Oh and what a great shotgun!!

you should be fine with your posted specs. really depends if you want to run addon scenery. If you dont then you will be fine =)

i put the aircraft in a hold yesterday just so I could watch the wingflex and its so real I could swear I was watching a video!. And the 3500 pages of manuals is a huge bonus that alot of people dont appreciate lol. You really get so much with this aicraft I find it hard to believe its only $69. (Was £42 in England so thats about what you might spend on a night out on the town)

Just a side note for those intrested, James May (from the UKs Top Gear show) will be doing a show of his own featuring the NGX737!!! Its out in september. Stand by for more news

something ive noticed about the thrust reverser on the NGX. When you close them on almost everyother aircraft addon I have the speed starts to increase again as the reverer closes before the engines have spooled down, in the NGX as far a I can see this does not happen!. Anyone else noticed this? It can also taxi at very very low idle hehe. About 22% from the 21% idle is all you need on this bird. I love it!!

I recommend Radar Contact 4. Its a complete replacement for the defualt ATC and will allow you to fly SIDS and STARs. Also some emergencies/altilute stepping/offset navigation etc. It runs a small window right in FSX that has numbered options for you to select. You can even get the Virtual co pilot to tune and answer the radios for you.

i was lucky enough to DL before it went tits up, i really feel sorry for those that are struggling but its so worth it!. And yes its going to be a fantastic weekend!

Installed and running fantastic!!. It really lives up to all the hype. This thing will sell itself hehe. Yes its a shame about the hacking but they really are doing thier best and there support through the difficult times was awsome!

yea i got the full set of manuals too hehe, i dont really have any other hobbies than flightsims so spending a little is not bad thing. It would be awsome if AoA did a DCS-a10 training hehe!!.

Chris just made this video to show us the main features of the NGX, nothing more. Hes not trying to sell anything but to let us know what an awsome aircraft awaits us in a few days time. Btw The training they do provide is fantastic (i have the MD-11 training thats over 11 hours!!) I really do recommend getting the NGX training when its ready as they are doing this aircraft training bigger and better than anything else thats come before. Even if you know the NG inside out you will still learn new tricks. :)

According to the PMDG facebook page the NGX has gone into "code Freeze" and is on track for its release, sometime this week! Exciting times for airliner fans!!

No you dont need to. Only time you need to deatcivate is if you reinstalled windows. Or made a big change to your PCs hardware.
