i cant play =( I installed the Wolfpack but after that the game just crashes when I get anywhere near land. Even if I remove the Wolfpack mod its the same thing. I have the steam version and it also keeps trying to download the game again as it thinks that that there is a bad file. Even with auto updates turned off :cry:

its very strange but since the last PSU blew up and putting the old one back in my PC has been just fine. 2 days with no more crashes. Maybe I jolted something when I changed them over. Still I think I will get a Corsair after christmas. Dont get paid till Jan lol.

I have a i7 system and im having big problems with my PSU. Every so often I get a lockup and after checking Event Viewer it says "Event ID 41 Kernal-Power, system failed to shutdown properly" I am guessing it has something to do with the power supply as it makes a clicking sound from time to time as well. I ordered a new PSU from Dabs to see if replacing it made a diffrence, however it failed totaly after 3 mins running windows. It died with sparks and the loudest bangs ive ever heard from any electronic device. It kinda reminded me of fireworks night here in the UK lol I panic a little thinking my whole PC might have fried but it booted up fine with the old PSU lol. Either Im very lucky that my PC didnt die in a fire or im unlucky with power supplies, depends how you look at it lol. I need a good quality PSU (Modular if possible) around 6-800watts. Any ideas?

the Dodo is quite awsome. Yea its a lower quality cockpit than some but it really feels right, and you can break it hehe. Its got all the goodies like VRS and retreating blade stall etc, and it will wear out and need maintaince. I love aircraft like this as it makes them feel more real and you have a bad day if you mistreat them. All the A2A aircraft have a wear and tear/maintence system (The B-17 is so much fun to fly hehe) also the Katana Diamond from Aerosoft. Ofc the PMDG 737NGX is king of the hill though as far as having a fully fledged maintance failure system based on realworld figures.

FAA says anything under 10C with visible moisture (ie fog/sleet/cloud) for anti icing.

as a standalone "game" its not bad at all. The Editor is as flexible as any of the older Arma2 editors and allows for scripts etc. Graphics are not to bad but not brilliant either. Only really annoying thing to me is the clouds. They look pretty yes, but then you notice how they change when you move your head then its just annoying hehe. Its like noticing a mistake in a film, then you can never watch that film again without seeing the mistake.

The A-10c has no parking brake so thats 1 problem solved, Im not sure about your throttle though.

ok as someone mentions FSX, 8 hours and 50 mins back in 2007 on Vatsims "Cross the Pond" Event in a 747 heh. Normaly it would be boring as hell but with a NAT track full of other pilots it got very busy hehe. Maybe 200 or 300 pilots all crossing the same hehe.

you would think these flying gas stations would have forecourt lighing. Its a pain trying to get snacks too. And there is no ATM machine if you get short on money.
