  1. I just wanna ask something i have seen in the past about teh ADDON Lomac will have any increase in performace on the ATI cards or this improvement was ripped ouot ?? sorry i really cant remember who post this argument long time ago

But elements enter into this quantity the gears, cockpit, pylons and some other elements visible only at damages. OK :D i understand tank you Chizh To make the things clear :idea: ... the entire finished 3D Model mut have an MAX poly count of 50.000 in LOD1 :D

  15. Basic Information All aircaft models have the same 50.000 max limit poly count Use Pivot orientation to the moving parts. About Damage Models if you are able to do it, DO IT :D Ground and Naval Models For Naval models it is possible to use the same poly count as for planes. For ground units it is desirable an lower poly count. LOD levels should be LOD1, LOD2, LOD3. IMPORTANT !!!! Until now the Devs agree in evaluate\insert only already in game models, if you wanna start a complete NEW (i.e not already in the game) aircraft do it at your on risk no promisses have being made to evaluate\insert this projects
  16. But GGTharos every calculation use ONE SINGLE cicle after that it go back to the queue waiting it time to enter in CPU cicle again and do a NEW calculation...so it is double work ..because the QUEUE wating to enter in cpu cicles will be 2 times bigger to calculate LoS :D
  17. The radar and eos already does a LoS calculation, wouldn't it be a realitively simple matter of adjusting the code to work with the padlock function? Yes but doing this you are double-working the cpu process do do it.....because your cpu will have to calcule the LoS of your Radar it could be pointing to the rigth and will have to the it again to your padlock it could be pointing to the left - DOUBLE WORK to the cpu

Help a lot because we dont have pixel acuracy to indentify the targets at greater distances, and in a knife figth help in identify WHO you are traking Agree Disagree.... I think in the same way SwingKid...take a look in his pictures...why in in any of his pictures i HAVE TO MOVE my head to padlock the target....?? They are in my FOV and should be padlocked in a single press button. I like it more in a inverted way :idea: ...AFTER have the target padlocked if i press the padlock button again my view will look smoothly foward...and when i release it will get back to the padlocked target...because the time you will pass in padlock mode is greater...so is more easy press and hold to do a kick look foward and relese to get it back to padlock :wink: and do a fast 2 clicks to switch targets :idea: Agree ..any touch in the hat should disable the padlock view :lol:

Fisiological POINTS Here in brazil your perferical vision should be at least 140º to get a driver license i made some google :) search and found some medical texts and it say a man with healthful vision will detect anything at this angle of vision Actually exists some test to determine this minumum angle vision with some aceptable variations 130º If a person with less 130º it cant have his driver licence and should find a doctor. key words google (CAMPIMETRIA, GOLDMAN, ISOPTERA) Functionality 1-We need a LOOK foward option in padlock 2-Smoot movement will help in not became disoriented 3-Memory - I think this need be reworked because the way it is modeled is almost imposible to break a padlock. if you are in a knife figth and have someone padlocked... the padlock vision will continue traking the target even if it is below you and made an unespected movement/turn. Try make a fast batle mission and continue flying foward dont make any curve the actual padlock always know WHERE to look even if the target is below you and even at distance greater of 4.5 km this is really ubalanced even a trackIR user will have difficult in FIND again the target of course we need some kind of memory of the POSSIBLE trajectory of the target but not to much

I didn't understand - How does a lift-line canopy help to detect targets outside the monitor field of view? -SK The lift-line will help in the situation awareness because of the constant MOVE of your head traking the padlocked target, it will not help to detect targets but after the target is padloked will help a lot :D it is very easy became disoriented without it or without cockpit REFLECTIONS ON

You now get HOJ in the russian birds, so you can just lock onto the jammer and shoot it! Yes and im looking foward to c it in action :D

  24. This mean i can fire an R-77 in TWS mode and the target will not have a WARNING TONE ?? If YES can i also lock an first target fire the R-77 lock the second and fire another R-77.... if yes the first fired R-77 will be less acurate because for the second one i have the radar ( in TWS-SNP mode ) helping on its trajectory ?? tks and sorry for the poor english
