Beleave it is not ED fault ...the taxes are imposed by your contry.....and the delivery cost is not up to ED also.... I have this problem also because i leave in Brazil :( But today i can find Lock ON 1.0 to $21 USD .....it is sold here by BRASOFT unfortunely i dont think the ADDon will be sold here :( But remember you alway can grab the download version ..i will do that :) Cya Rodrigo Monteiro

Hy Olgerd today for the next project from ED what shold be a NO GO condition to choose Flyables ? Well you never BUY any software today you buy the rigth to use it even on windows xp you only have the rigth to use it the software belong to ED. SO. you are in some way renting it. Im not sure but i think this is commented in the EULA

Just one note i have read (cant remember where) about the lattice control surfaces on the R-77, and it only produce drag when teh R-77 is turning...if not ot have a very low drag

Tks Chizh...i think this put an END at least in Lock On about o who is betheror not....both of then are EQUAL the only diference is the RANGE But i have a question to you... Some points First. In Lock On manual (pdf) teh max range to the AIM-120 is stated as 50 Km. If the Range of R-77 is 10% greater so the max Range for the R-77 should be 55 Km. In Lock on Manual the Max range to R-77 is stated as 90 Km ...i think it is in a Higth profile 1- Firts question ...whats is wrong ? the range staed of 90 Km or the 55 Km (50 +10%) and what is modeled in Lock On ? BTW the range staed to the R-27RE in a low profile is stated as 30 Km i never see no one firing at this range going in a Low profile

So again we have an NO WIN condition, the point is ...we cant compare R-77 or the AIM-120 becase we dont have acurate info for it. IMHO both of then are very good i only wanna a litle more range to R-77

That is the POINT it is not bether then AIM-120. I think it already are......IMHO the point for DeathAngel is the RANGE for the R-77 in IAF ( Remember it is an OFICIAL site and deserv some credibility ) the range stated is near 100 KM ... the rest i think it is ok.. but i never see anyone who have fired an R-77 at more the 75 KM in lock on. i think the only problem is the RANGE nothing else
