Here's a confusing, but logical aproach. ;) Depends on what you plan to do with the data. Shut down to prevent damage? Stop O/C to prevent damage? - Be paranoid enough and trust the higher number. Want higher speeds and higher O/C - doesn't care about damaga? - Trust the lower number. Normally the datacollector from the GPU-specific software should collect it from the correct place. Other more 'generic software' may try to use other and incorrect conversion methods. In this case Smart doctor is the 'generic software'. - Assume ATI knows what they are doing, it's not ASUS product and temp-probes. - Trust ATI temp-probe. ATI temp-probe wins with 2 vs 1.

No, you can't delete a unit within a group - only the last one. But simply change unit #4 into what the last unit is - and delete the last one. You then have achieved the same as deleting #4. Or change the harder units into something softer, like a 375 or CP-vehicle, UAZ ;)

"FARP command post for radio communications" is my best bet - it's a bunker, which resists attack a bit better. I've seen problems using the CP vehicles, it may not give you the ability to communicate with the FARP even though you're supposed to.

Win7 / Vista? 32 / 64 bit? Installed to C:\Program Files? Settings may be stored in C:\Users\......\Virtualstore there and not working correctly. You could try to install outside C:\Program Files to ex C:\Games\ - this way all the setting will be store in the game directory instead. Which means you will get a fresh set of settings and don't have to troubleshoot the old settings.

I had the same problem on my firewall. Had to upen 10307 UDP as well, I noticed traffic from it when packetsniffing. Try 10307 UDP as well - and give it a good 10 minutes before you conclude with it not appearing.

Try from a disadvantage situation using "Real Mode", and it may be more difficult. 4.
