Hi @BIGNEWY I thank you for your suggestions. I have removed all of the Axis mapping, exited the Sim. I have then relogged in and manually reapplied all the axis, with all the curvatures and saturations Went in to a clean ED Hot Start and I only went up to about 75 knots, and the thing was just all over the place. All the Axis were performing their assigned functions, but the Apache was just all over the place, it was just like everything was all over the place I went straight to Stable version, confirmed same controls axis setup, curves and Sats etc, same mission, but obviously in Stable, and she behaved exactly how she has been I hate to say it, but certainly for me, there is something clearly wrong. Perhaps it is connected to the Change log Entry Improved Velocity Attitude ude Hold mode (between 6 and 40 kts). That is what I am thinking anyway Toni

@Stewmanji Nice to hear from you Now you mention that Snap View thing, I do recall and I just checked the StreamDeck and I did change those keys I would so love to get them together as well, There would be so many things to ask for e.g. Is there any plug-in, or whatever way, so run a sequence of commands that are based around DCS Interface commands For example, I have a sequence of DCS Interface buttons presses that I press as part of 'my' Hot Start routine, so I would like to do 'Primary BRT' x 6, then WPN x 1. BR/SGT x 1, IHADSS x 1 Bit like a macro sequence but for DCS Interface programmed buttons Toni null

Hi All, Was not sure whether to put this here or controllers. I had my AH-64D dialled in, to a certain degree, to such a point, that when the IHADSS Cross was on the dashed line, I was neither speeding up, nor slowing down However, since today's update to OB, Cyclic and rudder have gone whacky. The Axis tune appears to have the same setup as pre update, but it just does not feel the same. When I say whacky, the Cyclic is now al over the place when trying to maintain speed, attitude hold is no where near as stable and controllable as it was. I am unable to keep at attitude anywhere near the dashed line on the IHADSS. The rudder is also over-working, in that everything seems amplified massively Is it just me? Toni

@skypickle @Frederf I was afraid to ask myself for fear of looking like a complete idiot. Not saying that you have taken that step in to looking like an idiot, it was just how I felt at the time, and still do to be honest Toni

We Want To Hear Your Ideas For A New Map In DCS!
Toni Carrera replied to danielzambaux's topic in DLC Map Wish List
Hi All, For me it would have to be Afghanistan Reason for this is that obviously since the 80's, the Russians have been in there, allied forces have been in there etc. Things like Korea, Vietnam etc, are period pieces, which would then negate the use of a lot of the aircraft that are available to us. I mean yes when the F-4 comes out, then yes, there would be mileage in that, you've got the Huey, early Migs, A-6 Intruder (hopefully) etc, but from the greatest period of historic timescales / range, I see Afghanistan as the longest period of time, for the most amount of available aircraft Just my opinion, not looking to start my own war here Toni -
Hi All, To which awesome apache profile from Bailey are you referring to? Just curious Toni

Hi All I am looking for a nice long valley in either of the afore mentioned maps. I am just looking for a valley, tighter the better, as I just want to be able to fly the AH-64D Apache down it, preferably with high sides so I can get that enclosed feeling, if you know what I mean, It can be any map I guess, as I have them all. I guess the first two come to mind as the most likely candidates I might put together some targets along the way and a target rich environment at an end point, but just want that flying down a narrow tube initially Thanks Toni

Hi Both, I am not sure I made my original case clear. The StreamDeck is accepting all the commands and combinations that I am assigning. It is only when pressing the buttons. that it does not send them to the sim. Some of them pass to the sim without issue. things like RCtrl + Return (Control Axis), LCtrl + V (George Show/Hide) etc etc It is ones like LWin + Home (Auto-Start), LWin + End (Auto-Stop). Pause, ESC etc the do not get sent to DCS. The keyboard commands using direct on the keyboard work in Sim, just not when sent from the StreamDeck XL Does that make it any clearer Toni

Hi All, I am having an issue with some keyboard commands being sent to DCS. Things like LShift + V works etc, however commands like the following are not being accepted Pause - Full Pause LWin + Home - Auto-Start LWin + End - Auto-Stop LCtrl + LShift + Pause/Break - My combination for Active Pause I am using the standard StreamDeck HotKey command, with Differentiate Left/Right Modifiers active. I am basically trying to set up controls like ESC, Active Pause, Full Pause Anybody ever had this, and if you did, i beg you to tell me what you did if you managed to resolve it? Thank You Toni

Hi All I am starting to put together a mission, that in part will involve various units at the Observatory in Cyprus located at Grid 'VD86', specifically 36 S VD 87615 66000. I am using this specific location as 1, it is a good elevation for Air Defences, and 2, I used to go there often as a younger person when I lived in Limassol Basically, a convoy will be making its way North from a starting point and end up at the Observatory. If it makes it to the location, then I want it to deploy in to some form of realistic type formation, that within the confines of the area My question is this, is it easier to remove the convoy on its arrival and spawn in a predefined layout of units, or, try and get the convoy on arrival to spread out to some form of useful layout?? Of is it 6 of one, and half a dozen of the other? Thanks Toni

AH-64 Mission - Desert Storm Beginning (Reference Resource)
Toni Carrera replied to Toni Carrera's topic in Mission Editor
@truebrit Wow, you are going back in time with this thread. Thank you for the additional information though, I am just trying to learn how to tame the beast, or at least manage to keep it on a leash, before I even try to code some kind of 'Let's all fire missiles at the same time' with all the other AI If we are all lined up side by side, and one AH-64 fires a single hellfire, it kind of loses the intended effect So if anyone knows to get all the AI Flights to fire at least one hellfire at the same time as the other 7, please feel free to enlighten me Toni
