  1. Hi @MicMic It looks like your monitor resolution is a bit short of the required width to show two tabs at the same time, so you can: Drag one tab from the left pane to the right, to use that white space... and see how does it fit Use the button on the top, to switch to single-tab layout (next to the cog wheel) I am still trying some other options to better adapt to different resolutions... but sometimes there is just not space enough to comfortably show 2 tabs plus the center panel at the same time (in this cases, the center panel will get stretched). I think you could live with that, as the center panel is most useful by the map tab, and if you switch to the fullscreen map, then you won't have any issue, because the panel gets detached and becomes a floating panel that you can drag around and show/hide at will.
  2. @BIGNEWY are there any news regarding this? I saw it marked as investigating... is it at least acknowledged as a misbehavior already? Thanks!!
  3. Hi, RAMROD/Code words: at the moment they are hard-coded, but i might read them from a file in the future (noted). If you want to change them for a specific mission, just click on the mission datacard and write the new ones. They will be kept on export (what you see gets exported) Fonts: this is a WiP and I am debugging some memory issues when changing the font, so you can choose the default or one of the fonts offered with the program. Using a system font is not supported (different fonts have different alignment)
  4. Thx, I appreciate the offer but, for the time being, I manage to maintain it Of course, rest assured that if at some point in time I don't feel able to keep up, I would release it publicly so anyone could pick up (although that would also require a serious clean-up first). In a non-related topic... v1.8.8 is out! I hope the new functionality (WiP) will prove useful!!
  5. Yeah, I know... difficult to get time to work on this project nowadays, plus it got way bigger than originally planned. I did not set up any kind of community for it, as I am not even sure how many people might be using it, but feel free to ddrop me a message with whatever findings you have, or post them here, and I will have a look
  6. Updated link on first page to the v1.8.6, for those who never installed (for the rest, simply update via the program). Here, as well, for convenience: Download GV5Js Datacard Generator v1.8.6 This will probably be the last v1.8 version (unless some nasty bug pops up and I can quickly fix). I will now start thinking on features to introduce for a v1.9 release Edit: Murphy's Law acted again... discovered a small bug with applying custom skins from the program, and pushed a correction, v1.8.7. BTW, v1.9 will come with a full user manual, documenting all these, often unnoticed, features
  7. There you go! Threats tab available
  8. I have identified a couple bugs that could -potentially- break a .miz file structure. I am fixing them and expect to release a new version over the weekend, once I am done introducing a new feature as well
  9. Until today, I would have been happy, just to be given the ability to write some lines and shapes in my SA page, to draw a killbox, or the FLOT... now I am missing even more things, thanks to @Harker and @Hulkbust44
  10. That one I was expecting. I am more intrigued about the first point, though. In case anyone knows (Edited: typo)
  11. I mean, aside from configuring Waypoints, and making up to 3 sequences... can we expect to be able to set additional "drawings"? Like No-fly zones, Killboxes, FLOT... is that something that we could draw without having to rely on one of the 3 sequences, which are mutually-exclusive? Can we expect to configure visibility of pre-briefed threats? (to hide SAMs that are no factor for a mission, but contribute to the display clutter) Any kind of DDI configuration? Or is that a viper-only thing? (pre-defining the pages showing up per master mode) I assume other functions will be present, of course (setting radar preferences per weapon, configuring pre-planned targets, countermeasure programs, IFF, etc)
  12. @SpectreBit @Shrike88 today's update brings the possibility to use different fonts. Take it as a huge WiP feature, though, and it only brings 3 new fonts (100% freeware) for the time being... let's see how it works out
  13. Link updated in first post
  14. I have been doing some housekeeping and probably deleted the file by accident. Will try to re-upload it tomorrow
  15. Hi guys, I've just considered the fonts option. Maybe I will add a couple alternative fonts, but it won't be immediate as I have to proof each font, plus make sure they don't require any licensing. I might come up with a solution in an upcoming update, but currently swamped in RL work, and no chance to go checking alignment of a new font... so will have to wait, still.
  16. Hi, I am planning on parting with these items, that I hardly ever use (got a Virpil joystick + extension shortly after getting the Warthog): - Warthog joystick base: it is mounted to the Monstertech mount, but I could look for the metal plate if you are interested in having it - F-16 Grip: just tested, as I fly the Hornet usually, and got the Hornet grip - Monstertech table mount, color black: https://www.monster.tech/en/product/joystick-hotas-table-mount/ - Cougar MFDs: just without the stand, as I screwed them into a panel, but ended up not using them. They work flawlessly, but have been living at the bottom of a drawer I will follow-up with some pictures tomorrow. I will sell everything as a set, for 250€ 200€ plus shipping. Preferrably shipping within EU (from Germany) to keep the costs down, but up to you
  17. Actually that was the issue. Manually selecting did the trick... D'oh!
  18. Hi, I have just started mapping controllers and just noticed I cannot map my Super Taurus throttle to Thrust Left/Thrust Right functions. I mean, I can map other controllers to those functions, and even the ministick on the throttle grip... but not the proper throttle axis. I move them and they are not recognized (however, they are recognized both by Windows and other DCS modules). Weird, looks like the JOY_RY and JOY_RX axis are not supported??
  19. I'll have to experiment, but I guess those flight names with slashes "FRONT LINE GUDAUTA/SOCHI-ADLER CAS" are causing some issues... As a quick workaround, I'd suggest you to use the custom flight names option in Liberation to name your flights to something simpler (Hornet1, Viper2... are known to work )
  20. Send me the .miz if you can, please. I will have a look and trace down the error. But remember to first save the .miz in the DCS Mission editor, as the format used by liberation is not quite the same, and produces some errors, if you try to open it before saving it once from DCS...
  21. You mean you can't download the update from the SW itself? Or you do not have it installed at all? In case you don't have it, you can use the link provided a couple posts above and then update. If the problem is with the updates themselves, then I will look into it, and provide a link to download the latest version, but that will have to wait till I get home in the evening...
  22. Yeah, sorry about that... I did some quick tests, but I will need to think soewhat longer about a possible solution. No quick fix yet. I will, anyway let you know if I find something, or maybe even sending out a test version to try out at a different resolution
  23. @impreza use this link to download the latest version. Unzip it and execute "Setup.exe"
  24. I will provide you a download link as soon as I get home in the evening, sorry.
