Crates for supplies would be carried by transports (such as Mi-8) and dropped off at an assigned location. This gives the possibility of escort missions for the Ka-50. Same thing with the downed pilots, these would open up some great mission possibilities.

Since I have no clue how to do models, I started brainstorming ideas of stuff that others could do (maybe one day I will learn to do 3d models myself). :D I was trying to think of stuff that would be useful in the helo aspect of 1.2 and these are some things I've come up with: Infantry: (animated for jogging; may be carried in transport helos or certain vehicles) --Basic soldiers (able to fire machine guns at ground and air targets) --Anti-tank troops (able to fire anti-tank rockets at vehicles) --Downed pilot (able to be picked up by transport helos; maybe can wave hands in air when the helo is close lol) --Downed pilot in raft (for an ejection over water) Miscellaneous Stuff: --Supply crates (able to be picked up/dropped off by transports) --Medical crates " " Anyone have similar ideas?

When scenes are set to high, the satellite view does not show the forests. Any way to get this ability in 1.2 maybe? As it is right now, there is no way to know if you are placing a vehicle in the middle of a forest. Also, with multiplayer missions: it would be nice to see the group name assigned in the mission editor show in the plane selection screen. Yep, you're right! I just discovered this in your other thread over on the Ubi forums. Man, this whole time I was neglecting some of my axis assignments because I thought they would conflict!! :oops:

It's really kinda retarded, but to use an axis to move the cursor in A2g you have to map it to the radar axes. This is not a big deal if you only fly the Su-25 and A-10, but if you fly the fighters you will be out of luck. Personally, I map my microstick on my X-52 as buttons to be able to use it for both.

I don't really mind buying again after my 3 activations are up, it will give ED more to use for future expansions/new product. I have been playing Lomac since it came out, and I only had to pay $39 for it--I feel I have gotten more than my moneys worth . . . But again, the security issue is still up in the air. I use AV and firewalls, yet I still get spyware and today even a trojan dialer (maybe caused by Starforce, but no way to tell for sure). So, these things will happen regardless of whether or not Starforce has a backdoor.

Ok the remover works well. I could put the remover on my desktop and run it each time after a 1.1 session, but it will reinstall everytime I load 1.1 back up. Problem is, you have to reboot each time. Hell of a way to have to play a game!!

This is all really weird . . . I guess I don't care about the 3x activation thing. I will just be more careful installing new upgrades. If I do my planned upgrade soon and it will be past my third time, then I will just re-buy the code (reluctantly). What concerns me most is the virus threat, if these rumors are true. I installed the 1.1 demo (with the imbedded Starforce) last weekend and since have had my antivirus pick up a trojan dialer. Of course, this could be total coincidence but it still frightens me nonetheless. I hope this all turns out ok in some way because I REALLY want to buy 1.1 and I think ED deserves to get paid well for their work in our genre.
