You can verify it in the mission editor : LHA_Tarawa Tacan channel is 39X and ICLS is 13 : maybe a DCS bug ? Sorry loadout seems good for me ... I don't know exactly what is wrong with it. Did you download the knew Crisis campaign to look at iranien F-14A with such kind of loadout ?

New loading of Crisis Campaigns available but no big changes : I actualized ScriptMod version to show the real one : 20.43.60, I cleaned mission generation (no more debug lines) and I pushed Prunescript to 1.9 instead of 1.5. Complete light version of Crisis in PG Hornet CVN should be available in ED files soon Others will come soon

You can do one solution or the other Because the ScriptMod version I uploaded (20.43.59) is exactly the same as the new 20.43.60. I made a last minute change so I had no time to rename everything (even in PDF). Please tell me if it's better for FPS

I tryed to figurate a frontline to allow a kind of CAS missions but of course it's a really narrow frontline so prune can't really make all it's usual job. It's playable for me but of course it will depend on systems and playability notion

Brand new DCE Campaign by Roll : Hot War In The Cold : 1981 Leonid Brejnev, sick, cannot prevent the slow disintegration of USSR. Baltic states secede in july, then the -Baltic Spring- spreads everywhere. In september Georgia takes independence, Armenia and Azerbaijan follow suit. Iran immediately seizes the opportunity to push its pawns, and islamist shiite militias initiate a push to the north, approaching Tbilissi s suburbs by autumn. On Turkish side, the Cyprus conflict left deep scars and, considering both USSRs weakening and NATOs ambiguous attitude towards its conflicting memebers -Turkey and Greece-, the country has decided to leave NATO and evacuate its american airbases by the end of 1980. USA were at first quite virulent, but an expected deal was settled with Turkeys pledge not to support Irans islamic revolution. Acting with complete duplicity, new turkish president initiated its own territorial conquest by invading Georgia in December 1981, committing this country to fight on two fronts. New campaign with last scriptmod version (20.43.59) : Crisis in PG : Iran attacked Oman and several landing points are reported north of the peninsula. We do not know what the final objective of the Iranians is, but it is feared that they will rush south to invade the UAE taking advantage of the surprise and the relatively weak forces at the moment. Your goal will be to repulse Iranian troops from Oman. Good Luck ! Some Iranian version are provided too ! Main New Features : - Briefing written automatically in the scratchpad mod file, (for the moment, only works if DCS is not launched) – see here for scratchpad : - Possibility to have defined squadron airplanes numbers and different skins for planes in the same mission (Leader, XO, etc) - Player can ask his carrier to turn into wind (it will take a little time so anticipate it with F10 menu) - Pedro helicopter for carriers and LHA - Divert airfields infos given in briefing in relation with nav points. - Less angular boats turns : ships will avoid 90° turns but instead will use more small turns. - Many small or big DCE code improvements : escorts, radio frequencies, small runways limits and more ... We've just released a new campaign series (Crisis in PG) with new ScriptMod version which should solve this kind of problem (with actual OpenBeta version). Just waiting for ED validation. I suggest you try it with your friend. I will try to upgrade other campaigns as soon as possible if this version is not too bugged Same answer than for TempestRiser just above Looking at Iranian Tomcats loadouts you should be able to modify US Tomcats loadouts or I will try to do one for you ...

Well interception missions are not perfect for players (a little better for IA). In the briefing you should have a distance and azimuth and you will have to take off as soon as possible to have a chance to intercept them. Well it should not be very difficult : Change the aircraft type in oob_air_init.lua (in Init folder) from A-10C to A-10C_2 then create a loadout set for the A-10C_2 in the db_loadouts.lua (same folder) To do that I use mission editor renaming an existing A-10C_2 loadout or creating one and giving it a new name. You will find this new detailled loadouts in the MissionEditor/UnitsPayloads/A-10C_2 folder in your Saved Games/DCS(or DCS.OpenBeta) folder. Inspire you from A-10C loadout to create the new sets. Be careful : AI are not able to manage different kind of weapons in DCE in the same mission : they use Rockets OR Bombs OR Guided Bombs OR ASM etc ... look other aircrafts sets to find variable you need to put to attack each kind of targets ! You must look at the Hard point numbers : the first number must be changed to be the same as the one at the end of the line : By defaut it's : [1] = { ["CLSID"] = "LAU-105_2*CATM-9M", ["num"] = 11, }, Change it to : [11] = { ["CLSID"] = "LAU-105_2*CATM-9M", ["num"] = 11, }, I will try to put a more complete example here ... one last thing use Notepad++ to make your changes ;)

Yes this is a loadout mistake : I used an old Mbot first campaigns loadout and forgot to change it. I will fixe it with the next version or may be sooner with a file ;)

Miguel is working intensively on MP in DCE :thumbup: It worked quite well when we used it in our annual LAN (7 players) and his newest version should be even better with all players in the same package (so same radio channel for SRS) ...two more weeks :music_whistling:

I forgot to put the links for Tomcat and Hornet over PG without SuperCarrier :( I added them now It should be possible to put Hornet on the ground changing its base in the oob-air-init.lua in the Init folder (using notpad++) You can put them in Dubai may be : look in the db-airbase.lua file for exact spelling... Not sure it 's enough but make it a try and tell me ...

Being a user and maker of DCE campaigns I will try to stay honest about my feelings of the two campaigns : They have quite different philosophy : - Liberation is like a wargame with a flight simulator inside : you choose what kind of units you want on the battlefront and where to put it. There's a budget to manage and you choose the global strategy. You are being able to influence battle results with your skill in the air too. The initial ground and air forces settings are minimal and it's you that will decide everything. - Mbot DCE concept is more to simulate the life (and death ! ) of a pilot in a squadron while a war is going on. Yours choices are really simple : you can change yours weapons and your navigation but you will have to take into account other flights timings of your package. Most mission have package with precised timings for Strikers SEAD, Escorts. So you can fly where and when you want but if you need support try to respect timing ! Mbot original campaigns don't give choices for missions : it's of course more realistic. We choose to allow limited missions choice when possible. DCE should be more immersive or RPG like but you will depend completly of campaign designers choices and is basically a one plane type campaign although we are working to allow more targets and planes types for MP mainly. Liberation allow more freedom in missions and planes. Moving targets and Frontline are really nice but maybe players who only want to fly a plane with no managing should look to DCE

Personally I think that, if you put aside the financial risk to not be delivered, this tools seems to me the best button box existing for this price :) I can’t find ( at this price ) a better product and I can add that I didn’t find a better product at all (whatever the price) It’s exactly what I need ;) Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk

Other flights will not be considered dead if they are still alive when you end the mission but targets will not be considered attacked if you leave before AI attack their targets ... sometimes I wait a little to see theirs attacks if it’s not too long .... ;) Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
