Just flew a different mission and the FLIR was working okay there. Seems that the smoke which is designating the targets in the instant action mission messes with the FLIR.

Is anyone else having issues with the TGP FLIR since yesterday's beta patch? I tried the "East Georgia Spring" instant action mission wth the Tank Killer after patch installation and ground targets don't have a FLIR heat signature anymore, no matter if the boat switch is set to white hot or black hot. I also tried the FLIR Mavericks in the Hornet and they seem to be working fine.

No one interested in getting a cheap Warthog set, or is it still too expensive for you? Anyway I dropped the price. You just have to buy a Warthog or Hornet grip from Thrustmaster and you will be good to go.

If I start the A10c II Nevada landing instant action mission directly after opening DCS it's alright, but if I fly a A10c mission in daylight at first and then enter the night mission I have this bug. As if something is falsely being cached in memory here.

It was gone after installing the latest beta patch at first, but the problem returned. I will see if I can reproduce this and report back.

Hey, I have a problem that my aircraft and it's cockpit are way too bright at night. I've attached three screenshots. The A10c in the screens has no electrical power and is shut down, but it looks as bright as if there was a flood light on. Also in the external view it's the only brightly illuminated object on the runway. This is in the A10c II Nevada landing instant action mission. The Hornet in the third screen has some green instrument panel lighting on, but also no flood light and seems to be way too bright, too. Anyone else having this problem? Kind Regards, Migo

Is there a trick on how to reach angels 40? The higher I get the slower the Hornet becomes, I can barely hold 130 knots on full afterburner getting close to angels 35.

Hi, I just wanted to fly mission 5 in the campaign with the Super Carrier module. I am instructed to take off from catapult 4 but it's blocked by two parked hornets! Anyone else having the same problem? Do I have to wait for Badger to fix this? Kind Regards, Migo

Hi liojet, I just finished that mission. You're saying you have trouble locking up the Mig23? What are your issues exactly? Do you see the Mig on your radar at all? You cannot save the mission, but you could try to copy the mission file, open it in the Mission Editor and edit the mission, so that you start out fighting the Mig. This might need some skills in the mission editor, though.

Just completed the last mission of this campaign, very satisfying. What made me wonder though was that the cockpit in this night mission was almost as bright as in daytime in VR. Anyone else noticed that? I wanted to gear up with night vision goggles but the whole scene was way too bright for them.

No second mission load crashes for me anymore since I installed the newest Nvidia display driver and this windows update.

Thanks for your answer pete, but I don't think that's possible as the clouds are hanging almost as low as the trees, if not even lower. So if you penetrate the clouds you will crash into trees or the ground. I think I have to switch to another campaign and hope to not run into the same cloud situation.

Hey everyone, I have trouble to complete the second mission of the Challenger campaign because of the new clouds. They are so low and thick that I cannot see any targets at all. I am lucky to see the ground from time to time due to some holes in the cloud layer. I have just watched someone flying this mission before 2.7 on YouTube. It's a whole different thing there and you can actually see the ground targets which you are supposed to attack. So my question is: Has anyone of you been able to complete this mission with the new clouds in place? Are more missions or campaigns broken/extremely difficult because of the new clouds and will they get updated? How are you handling this situation? Best regards, Migo
