  1. After hours and days of setting up missions..mission triggers that cause the flow of events..A closely orchestrated chain of events to try and produce a decent mission with this product...just to come back to it and find it more broken than the time befor..now we find that not only is it not backward compatiable..it's not forward compatable..just a rant of a mission maker that spent countless hours in the mission making department just to find it more and more broken...I quit!
  2. I have a mission where a tack nuke is delivered by OPFOR you are to scramble..If you scramble in time and get feet wet in time you will survive..thats when the real mission starts... Speed was instermental in setting up my nuke script.( A REALLY GOOD blast and effect). Point is...there are reasons to at least have a tac nuke..but I do understand where you have to have the dummy rule fits all in effect, They would just drop nukes and be done.. 16th Mojeaux out;

  6. Best of luck "eagle13", and the challange you will face with this module. I really welcome this, If all the negative input can be shunted, and keep your eye on the prize! again good luck!
  7. "Performance of air-to-air missiles continues to be adjusted. The primary area we will now be tuning is the counter measure performance against air to air missiles." To be one of the most important.. Maybe the FC3 will be flyable again, for what it is intended to be in the first place, "BVR Combat!"
  8. Great find Jakare...Now if someone in the know would only reply. maby no one really knows what it means...:smilewink:
  9. Isn't any one going to talk about fixing the Air to Air missiles in FC3???????? or was that discussed and going to be fixed in the 125

  14. 03 May 2013 Update Well, the big news this week has of course been the release of DCS ver. 1.2.4, along with the first DCS module... DCS: UH-1H Huey! We've been really delighted with the reception of the Huey and that it has demonstrated that a talented partner can develop a module to the same standards of the other DCS modules. We hope this will put some of those concerns to bed. In order to release the Huey and 1.2.4 this week, we ran out of time to include some additional changes/fixes into the installers. On Monday, we PLAN/HOPE to provide a 1.2.4 update with the following: • Fixed hit point of shells in multiplayer that were independent of turret rotation on the server-side. • Disabled the incomplete "Ultra High" visibility setting. • Implemented the waiting screen for the Module Manager. • Corrected helicopter exhaust effect. • Fixed damage value for AI aircraft. • Corrected invisible warehouses. • Helicopter takeoff from ships corrected. • Adjusted shell aiming. • Adjusted infantry weapon accuracy. • AK-74 assault rifle rate of fire has been corrected. • Fixed lock ability for non-air defense units. • Fixed "Emission Control" for radar units. • Advanced options waypoint that allows air unit to fly to an assigned ground unit. • Adjusted delay between manual gear changes for CA units. • Fixed delay after launch of IR-guided missiles. • Repair after mast bumping is now available. • Fixed GUI button size errors. • Fixed synchronization of ground units in network play. After that, we will evaluate the most important remaining 1.2.4 bugs and do our very best to resolve as many of them as possible in 1.2.5. Work will also accelerate on development of DCS: F-15C and DCS: Su-27. I hope to talk more about those next week. Matt -------------------------------------Note;----------------------- Before the 124 , We had a work around for having the ability to steer the ground vehicles in CA with rudder peddles (scripting added to the lua.). "Rudder peddles Axis added" now I have found that ability has been removed or I just don't know how to yet... the point is can we get this back? That made the immersion factor so much deeper...The ability to steer and gun at the same time was really neat!
  15. Now thats what I'm talkig About..boyoYa... 03 May 2013 Update Well, the big news this week has of course been the release of DCS ver. 1.2.4, along with the first DCS module... DCS: UH-1H Huey! 16. .. Mostly Viper..I try not to deal with you. I found you to be just a bit on the abrasive side. It's not real good idea for me to get into any discustionwith you! i hope you understand! For me it's not a good thing to lock up in any conversation with you..."NO JOY!" . ' I don't like the way you handle people! :pilotfly:
  17. Due / Dudet , in YOUR Opinion ..ok."It wasn't "A BUG REPORT" It was a "Statement" (two different topics!)... don't just come here and dump on the conversation...go away! I'm tryin to make construction on a topic, Don't wast your time to come in this small thread that got burried, and complain that this makes no sense to you, well maby you don't like the CA module...OK great.... then I can see why it makes sense to you. I think it's the best tank simulator that has ever came down the pipe! I made the first post read it go on about your business... I personally like hearing from other pilots and CA ground jockies that are experiencing frustration with a product that I have purchased and played promoted, built mission after mission (From day 1!) ...I'm trying to make better of a bad situation with the tools at my disposal! This forum...I'm not being rude or at least I'm not trying to be rude. But it just sucks sometimes when you try to chat here at this place and get responses like that one you felt compelled to just drop that dime on!.. .... I'm Just fishing for other pilots/drivers input that they have a broken sim too...Is that like something I'm not suppose to try and make lite of?...Where I come from...we encourage freedom of expression...remember thats what make US special...now read into that, all you want! ..... If you think i'm bustin this fourms rules then come out and make that point..other wise, I'll kindly ask you to try and get back on topic join in and tell me, if your happy with the state of the product over the last 9 months. Personally i think the ED team has done great things to the hobby I love. But face it....the last few months have been tuff to cope with from a daily simmers point of view. Otherwise, Dude... just bugger off! Chears everyone...
  18. Gunter...this is a forum to speak about issues related to CA in the CA forum. It was buried here from the main forum in the bad issue graveyard...things that need to be suppressed! Look due..I was trying to see if others were having the same issues I was having with CA. So far a few have been glad to see that they were not the only one having the same issues. But mostly the regular watch dogs chime in to talk smak... you know stir the pot, kinda thing!
  19. Because the Devs are not making any..BTY..I like the short response..
  20. As you so eloquently tried to put you boot in my rear maybe you should try and not stick YOUR head in the sand! I was trying to gather feed back. however; this is the type of feed back that is expected. Did you find any errors with this patch or is yours working as should? Please try and stay on topic!
  21. Exactly! I have to goto work right now to support DCS..but I'll be back later. It would be interesting to have other experienced DCS pilots help me out here and bring to lite some of the issues they have noted with the DCS 124. Don't be afraid! we bought our right to air our opinions on this forum to the tune of hundreds of dollars! It's our sim as it is there's..I just want it fixed! I'll chime in later.
  22. .......To many fat fingers for this 7 gbs data now residing on my hard drive. I do appreciate the effort that DCS is trying to make. In a effort to keep supporting DCS and playing DCS, I have to roll back to 123. Version 124 is ........not just right!
  23. Yes vensent..in some ways the auto trans is a good thing. However i use to like shooting on the move (harder for them to hit me!) and as a extra bonus the smoke issue of not being able to see your round at point of impact is not a issue because you move through the smoke, the vis is good. But the auto trans is all or nouthing..not a good thing all the time..
  24. well thats cool... Wanna point out the other non-op issues too?
