Persia the moon is not visible at 22 dec 2018 2130 in Iran, https://www.timeanddate.com/moon/phases/iran/tehran According to this it should be visible at 2118 hrs. Is this going to be modelled or is DCS Persian Gulf map not including the moon?

Flat spin is modelled as are other departure types. :joystick:

I have entered it a couple of times but too low to recover so it is modelled the FM of the DCS Hornet is fantastic to allow us to experience this type of departure in a sim.:thumbup:

Falling leaf is essentially a stall so the fastest way to recover I've found: Stick forward -nose down afterburner :thumbup:

Not the same procedure for the Hornet, it does not depart like an F-16, when the spin recovery mode kicks in follow the directions on the MFDs/HUD. When in a vertical departure like you mentioned the Hornet pitches forward because of the CoG. So you won't be departing like that for long.

I have a few videos of departures in the DCS F/A-18C, I'll check through the tracks there was a couple of crashes and a recovery. You can get into a flat spin as well.:thumbup:

I'm using an X55, I'll try adding a deadzone.

Auto pilot is not working for Barometric and Radar Altitude hold.

After using Auto delivery the mode would not give CCIP reticle for bombs after switching from AUTO to CCIP.

After using TACAN to find a Tanker the TACAN would not give range only bearing for the carrier when I switched A/A mode off.
