yet another reason the F-16 would make sense. Keeping my fingers crossed it is an F-16. It is by far my favorite jet. 500 knots, 500 feet above the ground, hugging the terrain under the radar, then popping up to unleash hell from above...and seeing it all from that bubble canopy. doesnt get much better.

If you have a visual on the target, do these easy steps. No map required :thumbup: 1. Place target in your hud. 2. Engage targeting pod 3. Put targeting pod reticule diamond (which is displayed on the hud and you can move it around) over the target 4. lock the target. 5. Look at the MFD to fine tune your lock on the target 6. done.

When you are driving down the highway, and keep thinking how sick it would be if an A-10C came flying 10 feet above your car, then pulled up into the vertical right after!

maybe you changed the mode of the gun? There are like 3 different styles of reticules. I forgot how to cycle through them though.

that is because Wags profile is almost IDENTICAL to the default one.

IF they got saved, they should be in the default location. just launch the sim, go to options, and then on the top right click load controller profile or whatever it is and it should show up there When I did a full uninstall though, i lost my custom profile. Now whenever i uninstall i save a copy of my profile in a safe spot. Im pretty sure yours is gone for good so better start making a new one lol.

You are a genius thank you! I had his in mind particularly since it was so smooth... one problem... What do you mean run it exclusively? Do I open the software, select that profile, and then launch the sim? Or what? Because whenever I select ANY profile and open up DCS, it for some reason defaults back to the default profile. I have no idea why it does this but it is annoying. So can you explain step by step on how to get this profile working in game? Im a huge noob. :doh: EDIT and for the template should it one:one? edit 2 it appears that the profile you gave me and the default profile are almost exactly the same

im having the same problem. Is there a fix? Also what is the best settings for use with DCS A-10? I cant find a comfortable setting.

Just got a trackir 5 and everything is very sensitive. In some of the videos I see everything is super smooth with track ir 5 in DCS A-10 but mine is kinda jerky. I have tried playing with the settings but can't seem to get it just right. Anyone care to share their settings?
