  1. Thanks Santi. According to my tests Donors already covers F/F and SURV, that's why I wanted to know more about others. Is it bugged? Or just my tests wrong.
  2. Did you understand the concept?
  3. I think if he'd had the time to search he'd have done it. That's why he posted and we explained how it worked.
  4. Also, NCTR only works at hot angles where the radar beam can paint the turbine fans. So if you are alone and IFF someone then it will be friendly if it responds to interrogation with correct code, or it will be unknown if it responds negative. Be careful before you shoot (IRL), in DCS just shoot, it will be enemy.
  5. The auto IFF in RWS while LTWS is on was removed as it was not realistic. NCTR doesn't have anything to do with radar IFF. Let's keep it outside this discussion for the sake of the interrogation issue you're experiencing. How do you know that it is not interrogating? Just because it stays unknown? If you don't have any donor providing bottom hafu data then all enemies will show as unknown. IFF works fine for me. Only with donors in the picture will you have an enemy HAFU. Hope it helps.

    JDAM Today

Do you all see it fall very short in my track?

GBU 38. Track attached in case you can check it out. Tried it with 0 wind and same result. gbu38 short in range.trk
  8. Half a year after the report, I wanted to ask if this is still on the plans to fix? In august ED fixed the ICLS part of this bug, but the IFLOS is still affected. THanks.

Thanks! Do you see what I see? About dropping in range and miss everytime? It falls so short that it runs out of energy.

    JDAM Today

So I got pretty lost in the last jdam updates and now I don't really understand how it works. Before you could launch at max range and the bomb would hit perfectly under almost any circumstance. Now I see that dropping at that point will result in a miss in almost any situation, but we have now the In Zone LAR. So did anything change really? Also, what modes are really working as of now? Manual and what else? Auto Loft? How does the latter work? Do you have to loft for it to work? I saw wags use it without lofting but I wasn't sure if he dropped it or not. THanks.
  11. Anyone? Thanks
  12. Ok I tried and it doens't happen in PG. So I guess Syria doesn't have terrain elevation mapped into the hornet DTED, thus depending on altimeter or radalt.
  13. Is this really a Syria bug?? So if you change the altimeter in PG the hud diamond won't move?
  14. It doesn't respond to any of my questions in last post, but thanks I guess. I'll post them again in case you missed it.
  15. Yes, the auto iff in ltws was fixed since it was not realistic, so not sure what you are looking for there. It never had to do with distance anyway. Sensor select switch depress works fine for me.
  16. Link16 in the hornet has a 12 second update rate so if the object changes its movement between updates then the extrapolation will make the object move based on last calculation. You have the relative extrapolation and the absolute extrapolation. Both work correctly in my tests. The only thing that is causing the behavior you describe is the update rate. Thanks.
  17. Yeah I know that. I was asking for a detailed information about how it prioritizes them inside each category. Also, what is others? Donors already covers the surv and ff part, so what else is there to show?
  18. You'll have to be more specific. What do you mean by not working? Fine here.
  19. I didn't even remember what I wrote that was deleted. But certainly this isn't working with the AI unless they are in STT.
  20. I was playing with this page to check Wags video and the members and closest friend blank buttons are not working it seems. Anybody seeing the same? I also don't understand the priorities, and certainly Wag's video doesn't really explain it very well. Does anyone have a detailed information about this? Thanks.
  21. But aren't we talking about SURV rather than F/F? That's what I understood from OP.
  22. Ok so I think I may have found what others are describing as a drift in their TGTs. It seems that HMD designated points beyond exactly 10nm do not know elevation and just below 10nm they start knowing elevation and the TGT is updated in 3D space. Track attached. ag hmd 10nm bug.trk
  23. I watched my track and It doesn't happen now... I'm so confused. I tested it many times, I even discovered that it happened with other sensors as well. Now it doesn't happen with anyone. Something must have caused it. I hope I can reproduce it again so it doesn't happen in the middle of a mission next time. Thanks anyway.
  24. You have to watch the entire track, it's short, maybe not that short. I'll include another one later. This is too easy to reproduce.
  25. Yeah, it makes the markpoint feature a pain now.
