  1. I just tried the cockpit with the new 1.5.2 version, it look soo beautiful to me! Ahh... finally!! Did you mean green light is become yellow? Hmm, I thought that was the right color... Thank you, I will correct them ASAP. Is in the MiG-21-cockpit_006.tga.dds file, upper left corner.
  2. Thanks, copied and pasted in the instructions! Thank you, yes the textures are absolutely clean indeed... I think someone can use them as a basis for an "operative standard machine".
  3. If you need them, in this thread are shown a lot of interesting images of the instruments you could use as references: http://forums.airforce.ru/matchast/2667-pomogite-identificirovat-modifikaciyu-mig-21-a/
  4. Done and uploaded! http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1681093/ Please, let me know what you think about!
  5. Never mind! That also happens with the origial texture, sorry!
  6. Hi! As I wrote on MiG-21bis discussion, I'm cleaning and adjusting the textures so as to make the MiG-21bis cockpit just out of factory. (You can see some images at: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=153273, yesterday I've upload some new screenshots) I'm almost there, but I ran into a couple of problems, perhaps you or Leatherneck graphics can help me! The screw on the right side and the safety rings on the right vertical panels are blinking continuosly like they have a wrong normal or a specular maps. But I can't find maps for that particular elements. Any suggestion? Thank you in advance!
  7. Almost there! I must to finish the overhead panels (three sheets almost identical) and a couple of specular maps. Ah, you got me! And fluorescent paint also, of course! ;) Yes, maybe a bit too much... but you can still use Tetra mod: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=132289 Thanks for help with tags, I think I wrote all right and have corrected a couple of errors that I found in the original texture, but please tell me if you find some mistake!
  8. I'm working on the last 3 texture sheets. They're pretty boring to retouch! (only paint peeling) I hope to finish before Christmas ... Luckily Photoshop gives a big hand in the work! Yes, I understand you perfectly, but I consider the current texture a little too overly worn: I would be afraid to fly on a plane in so bad conditions! :D
  9. Hi, I'm still here tring to finish the textures (they are so many!). I've found some hard improvement to be done, so I need some more time... ;)
  10. Thanks you all! I don't know if I have the time to do that... But I can provide the PSDs templates if someone want to do it.
  11. Hi all, I'm cleaning and adjusting the textures so as to make the MiG-21bis cockpit just out of factory. As you can see there is still a lot of work to do, but the results are there! I've also corrected some spelling of the russian tags - I hope, because I don't know Russian so well - (like пуцка -> пучка on the right side of the ejection seat), as well as a few details here and there (like some fonts or the black frame around the engine gauges). I think I can finish the cockpit in a couple of weeks, and I hope you enjoy it! UPDATE The texture is now complete, you can find them here Russian version: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1681093/ English version: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1703560/ ________________________________________________________________________________ Changelog * 1.63 RU: Canopy tag text spelling fix and minor improvements * 1.62 RWR lights texture corrected (BMP texture back to no-alpha) * 1.61 Guard caps texture updated, RU: ejection seat text updated * 1.60 Correct position oxygen indicator external ring * 1.59 Updated some texture sheets to DX5 * 1.55 Floodlights missing texture bug corrected, new annunciator lights text as per English fligh manual * 1.54 Mirror bug corrected, improved annunciator lights, spelling correction * 1.53 New annunciator lights * 1.52 Radio channel list fix embedded * 1.51 Mirrior bug correction * 1.50 Custom cockpit version * 1.30 New cockpit color * 1.20 Various improvements * 1.0 First relase
  12. Thanks for the update! Pictures! Pictures! I'm in need, pretty please!
  13. Oh, love so much the Fitter! Anyway, have you checked this out? http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=132754
  14. LOL, thanks, you made me wanna to try an IFR landing on the MiG-21bis (I have not tried it yet ... too much busy trying the new Su-27).
  15. Sorry, but I miss that! MiG-19 is a very interesting plane, there are more details about that relase?
  16. Biased or not, the result of that war was unequivocal. BUT superiority in respect of the MiG-21 was due to many factors, not necessarily because it was an inferior machine in comparison to the Mirage.
  17. I think you can use Amarillo: http://www.dafont.com/amarillo-usaf.font, but the "5" is wrong. I've correct it and make the OTF file in the attachment. amarillo 1.1 usaf.zip
  18. Flagrum was as fast as me! Yes, the Bermuda is the "free" version of the Brush, little bit more heavy.
  19. It's Brush Script Std. (edit: but the J is probably a deformed Georgia italic)
  20. Hi, I've just redesigned all the images of the payload scheme GUI. Since they were not the best, I thought to redesign them, hope it is a bit less work for the development team: in fact I enclose also the original in SVG format, so that you can improve if needed. Files to replace are in your DCS World directory\Mods\aircraft\MiG-21BIS\ImagesGUI, please make a backup! ImagesGUI.zip
  21. Oh man, it's a Silient Hill-ish MiG!
  22. Yes, this could be an explanation. Nice pic! PS: I have the impression that will rain MiGs!
  23. Sorry I've noticed just now that the image I've posted is gone, I load it to another server... Yes, it was white with bort number in red.
  24. Ehm, do you mean the flag? Yes it was white!
