I'd like to see how the a various phases of training are organised and how much time is allocated to each aspect of flying/systems use etc? I'm sure the USAF must have a standardised training syllabus for ab-initio pilots? Regards, WB.

Training in the A-10C is much more than what we can currently simulate in some missions but reading through these docs will give you a sense of what is required.
