Whiskeybravo
Hello all, I'm wondering if there is an actual training syllabus anywhere on the net? I'd like to see how the a various phases of training are organised and how much time is allocated to each aspect of flying/systems use etc? I'm sure the USAF must have a standardised training syllabus for ab-initio pilots? Regards, WB.
Sabre-TLA
Check out this thread. It's our best attempt to replicate the training process as documented in formal unclassified USAF manuals. They are pay to play campaigns but we feel the cost is reasonable given the time and research invested. Sabre-TLA
Check out this thread for links to unclassified documents and operations manuals. Training in the A-10C is much more than what we can currently simulate in some missions but reading through these docs will give you a sense of what is required. Snoopy
The last link should be the Vol. 3... I'm pretty sure the OA-10A publication is now superceded by the A-10C pub. Search that epublishing site for 11-2A-10Cv3 and you should find it. I'd post a link but I'm typing on my phone. Woops...but like Noodle said search is your friend. Volume 3 (original post updated as well): http://static.e-publishing.af.mil/production/1/af_a3_5/publication/afi11-2a-10cv3/afi11-2a-10cv3.pdf Thanks. Any similar documents for F-15 training? Yes search F-15 and they should come up.
