simsystems Posted March 10, 2014 Author Posted March 10, 2014 Work in progress for a German flight enthusiast who wanted the ultimate A10C simulator. We will update the youtube Channel with the following steps. Most instruments, panels, etc. are already available to the public. Eventually with the finalization of the project all items will be available. Of course upon request we do also offer complete solutions.
Deadman Posted March 10, 2014 Posted March 10, 2014 All of these parts are from a commercial builder/ Sim experience business in Germany not a home builder. Price for their control panels are more expensive than the last commercial builder on the site over 800 euros for the CDU for example. Perhaps an open advertisement on the form would be more appropriate for this company. Just a thought:doh: https://forum.dcs.world/topic/133818-deadmans-cockpit-base-plans/#comment-133824 CNCs and Laser engravers are great but they can't do squat with out a precise set of plans.
Harzach Posted March 10, 2014 Posted March 10, 2014 I see a meeting with my financial planner in the future...
simsystems Posted March 10, 2014 Author Posted March 10, 2014 I take if off the forum immediately in case information with a commercial background is not allowed. I read the info but didn't find any conflict here.

MacFevre Posted March 11, 2014 Posted March 11, 2014 (edited) A10C Simulator - Test Setup I don't mind it personally, as long as it's known that it's what can be done by a great (albeit expensive) commercial enterprise with professional designers and equipment. I suppose on that account, it would be better in the For Sale section. If you were a home builder though, you might want to know about it. It's a beautiful piece of kit, and I'd definitely be interested if I had an extra 20 shares of Apple stock that I could sell. ;) I've always thought it would be great if I could at least afford a couple of instruments from them because really, they are nice. I'm, unfortunately, not someone with that much disposable income, especially in this economy. However if you are, more power to you! G00dnight Posted March 11, 2014 Posted March 11, 2014 I think it is ok to see what can be done this will be some lucky gits homepit so not exactly off topic. maybe they would leave this as a howto thread and have a separate for sale thread in the right place. Has a price been thrown around at all? My guess is the parts come from here: http://www.i-jetpilot.de/joomla/index.php/kategorien/moderne-kampfjets/a10c/a10c-baugruppen But it is just my guess based upon a search Cheers Hans Edited March 11, 2014 by Hansolo 132nd Virtual Wing homepage & 132nd Virtual Wing YouTube channel My DCS-BIOS sketches & Cockpit Album
Deadman Posted March 11, 2014 Posted March 11, 2014 That is what I was thinking. The prices are a bit steep when you consider they are not sell replicas as you might purchase for an Airbus or Boeing cockpit build. https://forum.dcs.world/topic/133818-deadmans-cockpit-base-plans/#comment-133824 CNCs and Laser engravers are great but they can't do squat with out a precise set of plans.
