It looks like to me. Not even the real warthog stick has the pinky switch visible here. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

And i don't see it making its way to a Chinese plane. Besides like I said the A-10C stick doesn't have the pinky switch that TM does. And it's clearly visible here. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
cichlidfan Posted May 23, 2014 Posted May 23, 2014 The TM Warthog is a metal stick with switches inside it. The real thing is a metal stick with switches inside it. Aside from some quality issues it is basically the same thing except one has some additional USB interface circuitry ASUS ROG Maximus VIII Hero, i7-6700K, Noctua NH-D14 Cooler, Crucial 32GB DDR4 2133, Samsung 950 Pro NVMe 256GB, Samsung EVO 250GB & 500GB SSD, 2TB Caviar Black, Zotac GTX 1080 AMP! Cool-Hand Posted May 23, 2014 Posted May 23, 2014 Wonder what the throttle looks like....hope they don't forget the lock on the left and right quadrants =P [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
tsumikae Posted May 23, 2014 Posted May 23, 2014 Here's the wiki page for that plane: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AIDC_F-CK-1_Ching-kuo It has quite a bunch of US contractors. The cockpit layout is very similar to the F16:
SkateZilla Posted May 23, 2014 Posted May 23, 2014 it was designed to substitute the F-16 and F-20. Windows 10 Pro, Ryzen 2700X @ 4.6Ghz, 32GB DDR4-3200 GSkill (F4-3200C16D-16GTZR x2), ASRock X470 Taichi Ultimate, XFX RX6800XT Merc 310 (RX-68XTALFD9) 3x ASUS VS248HP + Oculus HMD, Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS + MFDs
Flagrum Posted May 23, 2014 Posted May 23, 2014 (edited) That seems to be a mock-up, maybe a simulator. Look at the MFDs, those are Thrustmaster MFDs (see the cut out edges at the bottom - where they are normally connected to their base stand? And the two LEDs at the top ...). And the stick, yes, I would say, too, that is a TM Warthog. edit: Lol, zoom in on that last pic and look close at the MFDs - there is even the USB cable visible at the bottom... :o) Edited May 23, 2014 by Flagrum
SkateZilla Posted May 23, 2014 Posted May 23, 2014 that bottom pic is an F-16 Sim Pit. Windows 10 Pro, Ryzen 2700X @ 4.6Ghz, 32GB DDR4-3200 GSkill (F4-3200C16D-16GTZR x2), ASRock X470 Taichi Ultimate, XFX RX6800XT Merc 310 (RX-68XTALFD9) 3x ASUS VS248HP + Oculus HMD, Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS + MFDs
Flagrum Posted May 23, 2014 Posted May 23, 2014 that bottom pic is an F-16 Sim Pit. Oh. That explains ... a lot.
tsumikae Posted May 23, 2014 Posted May 23, 2014 (edited) Yes, it's a sim pit. Here is an actual F16 pit: http://www.stclairphoto-imaging.com/360/aircraft/F16-Cockpit/F16_swf.html Besides, to answer the OP question, it is not a TM stick. The TM one has a screw hole on the bottom-left part of the handle. Neither the original F16, nor the stick in the first pic have such a feat. So even if it's a mock-up, it's not TM.
