DCS SweetFX settings base - share your settigns!

I based it to I get the blue horizon and in the distance. I think it's more realistic. Sometimes looks too blue, but depends on many conditions. I hope so you like it and feel free to experiment. ;)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I am sure that we will find the optimal setting for DCS... so, share while EDGE arrives! :)

Howcome mine doesn't look nearly as good as your's does? When I use it, my screen becomes way to dark.

I use HDR and also load the SweetFX through Raedon Pro. Will post screenshots in a second

In game HDR is OFF in my settings. Try without hdr and check what I use of mods only.

I'm doing the same you. I even tried turning HDR off. I'll try running it without Raedon Pro, however I don't think that'll change anything.

The mission i flow was a quick one with normal time/weather. If you want to know more of my settings, just ask.

Winter textures work fine for me. Really i don`t know what is the problem in your settings. Do you use some mods?

I got it working. The only problem was my head. I wasn't putting the files in the bin directory when using JSGME. Raedon pro however doesn't work at all with DCS as it applies other things than just SweetFX

Different colors depending on the time of day. The worst colors are from 12pm to 4pm but ...

 

This setting is for SweetFx 2.0 ReShade.

You don`t need JSGME to install ReShade. Just download / extract/ start ReShade Setup.exe/ select game/ browse in DCS 1.5 OpenBeta/bin and select DCS_Updater.exe/ ReShade will fail API, don`t worry/ Select DX11 and that`s all...

 

After install you can copy from this post my SweetFX_settings.txt into DCSW OpenBeta 1.5/Bin/Sweetfx folder.

Find this line in your SweetFX_settings.txt file, and change the one to a zero.
