So is there any chance that somebody could have a word in the crew chief's ear and ask him to move the compass down to the right like in this F-86F-35:

The flyboys going up against the Migs would be mighty appreciative...

I don't see the issue. There's two compasses, one to the right and above the sight, and one on the instruments panel, which is very well made with things lined up in a neat order, unlike the veritable chaos of the pictured instrument panel.

Lol what..? The compass simply needs to be moved from the top to the side. I don't think anything can be chaotic by only moving a single part from one spot to the other, particularly if it's in the way of our view.

Oh shoot, never mind! I thought Ron meant the compass on the instrument panel, not the other smaller one :P

Yeah, definitely agree. The small one is in the way.

Agree. If this was the fifties my crew chief would be hearing "a bottle of Wild Turkey says that compass will be to the right of the glare shield by tomorrow morning... Hint"

And no doubt the crew chief would say that it is only because he likes you that he lets you fly his aircraft in the first place, you young whipper snapper!

Make it 2 bottles, and it'll be a pleasure sir!!

What's wrong with it? Learn to lean around it! ;)
