And to think these lucky pilots have to live in Cold Lake, Alberta to enjoy these aircraft.

 

Now I can only wish that Canada purchases ALL of the USA's A-10's since US no longer wishes to use them (according to a recent budget decision).

I think the fleet would be an excellent investment for Canada. Better than the F35 which we really can't afford; don't need and don't want !!

Plus, it would give us something more than just the 13,347,519 ..... Typewriters we have to throw at the enemy !!

Sorry to desappoint you Snowtiger but those one are from the 3rd wings 425th Alouette and they are station in Bagotville Québec. At cold lake they have the 409th Nighthawks.
